In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I placed and order #*******449 with Sam'sClub on Feb 21,2024 through the browser extension on my computer and was logged into my ibotta account. When I selected Sam;s Club 4% cash back came up which I selected. My order before taxes was $96.90 so at 4% back I should have received $3.88 but I was notified that I only received 0.72 cents. The same thing happened the last time I placed a Sam's order and the issue was corrected. Why does this keep happening?

Because using the Ibotta browser extension on my computer when placing an online order with a retailer should give the percentage cash back as shown. I've placed orders with other Ibotta retailers (QVC and HSN) and never have this problem like I have with Sam'sClub. Please advise. Thanks!

Earning cash back with Ibotta is easy and fun. Just clip and earn. I am in the $500+ club on my cash back and still earning all the time.

To save money on things I am already buying
Overall I love using Ibotta but tonight I showed proof of buying brachs candy and didn't get credit for it and instead of going through the list of items that give $$back why not just let us scan the receipt and the credits are picked up automatically

I had a Walmart Pick Up because I'm handicapped disabled and it was a very large order and I wasn't getting the cash back and today they gave me the cash back so I am so grateful for what they did
I was missing cash back on an online pickup and sent screenshots over and they fixed it and made the payment
I had $150 in rewards and then they deactivated my account and stole my earrings its crap and someone should get me my money

I botta has been okay lately but not as generous and not helpful when issue arise with submissions.

I bought any item popcorn and it wouldn't scan said it didn't qualify.
But it was for any kind of popcorn and any size. I needed that to get my bonus
Contacted Ibotta and with in the hour I was given the rebate money, just sent my receipt and the rebate offer. I was impressed with the fast and great customer service support!
