In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I checked off Walmart items of Rotel; buy 2; Golden Star jasmine rice 2 lbs., and Snow Minced Clams, 2 cans. I checked them out together so they would be lined up on the receipt. I thought it was attached as automatic rebates for my shopping at Walmart, but nothing happened, so I scanned the receipt, and only the Rotel was credited. I KNOW I bought the right items, in the right amounts, and the right weights, so don't even go there.
It looked like a fun way to get some coupon deals.

One of the easiest apps I have ever used. The coupons are for a lot of things I regularly and it helps me to try new products.
I thought it was worth a try and it really was.

Given that I have been using Ibotta for over 8 years, there have been very few hiccups in its processes. I have earned over $9,000 in rebates which have paid for vacations, Christmas shopping, and other necessary things. I have zero complaints!

I scroll though the offers, pick the ones I use, send photo of receipt and my savings are added to my account. Siple but fun.

I've submitted receipts over the last few months with Acme deals that sometimes do not get recognized. I've scanned the items and still don't get cash back for those items. Today it was Post cereal that qualifies but I did not get the cash back. I do not have issues with ShopRite receipts.

I love to save money! I’ve saved over a thousand dollars with the app. It’s just frustrating when you select a deal, purchase the products, and don’t get the cash back.
I could not be more pleased with how effective and easy to work with these folks are. They resolved my concerns instantly and without any problems.

I was missing a cash back and upon looking at my receipt realized the UPC codes were very faint so I figured that was the reason it was missed. Without knowing I wasn't suppose to, I wrote over the UPC code and resubmitted so they rejected my submission. I contacted Customer Service and explained the situation and they were able to verify and give me the credit I applied for. Very much appreciate it!
Ibotta consistently cheating me out of cash back even with a receipt and cards being connected. You send it inquiry's for them to give you your cash back and no response. They say up to 7 days but they lie it's an alleged theft of services if you ask me but to each is own. They really ain't tryna let you get no money they false advertise play it safe muah unlegit
No response or cash back given even with proof
I sent an inquiry regarding a missing credit and within 24 hours the matter had been corrected. Customer service is alive and well at Ibotta.
Ease of use, good items to claim on and a lot of stores available. Fast processing. Can you get playstation gift cards added? Sony too?
A lot of good items on it compared to other apps.

I'm lucky to find 1 rebate I can use. Most is for stuff that's extremely expensive,or never heard of. Need more rebates for milk, bread. Riskiest or cat/dog chow. Toiletries, ect.
At first is was great! I always found good rebates, not it seems it's geared towards the rich hoity toity population and less for the working class that are struggling.

It is easy to use and great products.
I just made a big purchase on Walmart online. I did not get money back for Luvs diapers. I chose the item on the Walmart ibotta page and I did not get cash back.
I did it to save money on items that I use.

I don't like the fact that I have to buy what's listed. I don't shop that way. I like being able to scan my receipt and have the app find the products that match their listed products for me and then apply the credits. 👎 to time consuming.
