In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Put adds on Facebook more often it can help a lot more people save better

I had an offer declined because how it was. Printed on the receipt. Emailed customer service and it was taken care of promptly.
Customer service has been the best I've ever dealt with continuously. Any issue I run into they are efficient, polite and get it taken care of within hours.
They dont pay you fast you have to wait to the next day,and sometimes they dont want to pay you they make up 1,000 excuse
Only use in-store. Never think about it until I'm done. Love all the items that are included. Just wish when using it for Aldi, it would have their brands.
Love getting an email saying "You've got cash!". I wish all business's would interface with Ibotta as well as Walmart! Sure beats having to upload receipts!

Once again an item I purchased was not credited even though I scanned it twice and both times it was accepted. It was indicated that item couldn't be located on receipt but it was as clear as day.
I like using Ibotta certainly because of the cash back I have received over the years. But each time there is a dispute it becomes more and more tedious to reconcile.

I use Ibotta every time I shop online or if I go to a store I will upload my receipt for deals. I find that Ibotta has the highest get back deals than other similar savings apps.
The few times I needed to contact Ibotta their Support Group is quick to respond back by email & always super fast to resolve any issues you may have.

I never had any complain, but now, this is the 2nd time, I don't get a rebate and I scaned the item before purchase, the first purchase, it showed a total includin it, but it didn't get aprooved, same thing on the second one, it jus didn't show im my total to received. Same Item Downy unstapables, $5.00 each
