In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I have been using ibotta for a few years, but I had not been consistence until this year. I cashed out my first $20 and basically forgot about the app. I am in a coupon club and they use it all the time, but I felt that it was not worth the hassle. So I gave it another try, and I have been using it since. It has been going well so far. I shop online a great deal and use Ibotta and the cash back goes directly to Ibotta. I hope my next cash out is as easy as the first one! I am aiming for $100 to cash out! I do wish there were more cash back options on everyday items that people use more often.

Overall this is a pretty good app. I do have problems with it at times not getting credit for things that I bought. This company needs to hire more people to help because I shouldn't have to wait 4 to 6 days to get a response back. Right now I'm waiting for a response because it won't show me any of my earnings or anything that's processing. Get on the ball, please hire more people! Also I have waited at times for a five days to get credit on items I have bought.
Great way to earn cash back for your everyday shopping. The only thing I dont like is you need at least 20$ to cash out hopefully they can change that. Other than that the app is the best one for cash back I've found so far.
We get stuck paying the same brands year after year. It's fun to try new products. Some Ibotta recommended brands are priced higher than local store brands. I'm willing to explore and buy a higher priced item if the item is better tasting or better quality.
I signed up late June, 2021. To date I have gotten over 100.00 cash back for items I normally purchase. Plus, I even purchased other products I wasn't quite sure about trying. So getting some cash back for trying them was a bonus. I love the fact you can stack coupons at the register and still get the cash back from Ibotta.
I was intimidated initially because I didn't understand rebates, but now that I have got the hang of it, I can't get enough... I love the hunt and trying new things "risk free" my only complaint is seeing so many items I can't take advantage of because they aren't available at my local stores

Most of the time it works great, but occasionally I misunderstand a product and do not receive money back.
I tried to get rewards on Ibotta for Piggly Wiggly, Wisconsin. Unfortunately by the time they received my items the store was switching to the Rewards Card for using. So in that time everything got deleted. I have an issue with my cell phone & some things I need to do. So it became ugly on my end. I left a message yesterday & again this afternoon to see if they could help me with getting it solved. So just now I decided to check to see if anything was being done & to my surprise I received the money! Once again Ibotta stood up to help me. Thanks so much you people are totally awesome & so helpful. Keep up the great work. Because of the help I got a payment of $4.25. Thanks!

It's nice for a change to get something back for items I purchase on a regular basis.
Ibotta has one of the easiest systems to understand.
This is a great way to earn cash. I use the app to buy the thing I need and get cash back within a few hours after the purchase. I go through the shopping list in the store I'm shopping in and choose the items that I'm actually going to buy. I also earn cash by buying gift cards for places that I frequent such a restaurants. I then use the gift cards to pay the bill. When you earn $20, you can then cash out by having your money transferred to you PayPal account or use it to buy gift cards.
So far, the problems I had with the app were resolved with customer support. Slow to respond at time, but responsive, overall.

For me personally, I think you need to have a little bit of time and patience to figure out all of the features and rules then just getting used to it. It's taken me almost a month to be somewhat confident- it just has really recent timelines to upload receipts and since I do all my shopping out of town for an entire day& night, I'm always unloading and recovering the 1st few days back so I have missed my chance for most of them. But the ones I did on time worked out great and I love the additional bonuses, totally free items and the fact that you can stack coupons with the cash back. I guess my biggest qualm is giving you so little time for anything including the initial sign up welcome bonuses. Also, cashing out is super easy, it says you can't cash out until you reach $20 but you can actually cash out with gift cards starting at $5 any time.

It's so easy to use and I am already at 32 dollars (only after a week and half). I upload the receipts of the items I am already buying and it gives me credit on already reduced prices-I use coupons from different retailers like cvs

It took me so long to finally sign up and see what all the chatters been about. The name Ibotta is being said so much I was starting to roll my eyes anytime I would here the name. So finally I made an account and yes now I can clearly see what all the fuss and muss is about! Hope the is one of those platforms that withstands the test of time!

I had tried this at first and couldn't not even reach the 20$ to withdraw. Then once I started couponing and adding the items on Ibotta I was saving and even making money. Definitely recommend using this to make money.

Easy Peasy Cash Back App! Ibotta is unlike all others I have tried, it's no different than your regular shopping except that you have to go through the Ibotta app. In as little as 3 months, I recvd over $100 back n that is with no effort.
It's been a little confusing learning to use the app, but I'm getting the hang of it and the reward is worth it!
