I like getting more for my money on items I usually buy. It encourages me to try similar products. I don't like the fact that it's not easy to take a picture of the receipt. Sometimes it take 3 or 4 times to get it right. Even when my purchases are automatically connected to my account I do not get credit for some and yes I double check to make sure I purchased the correct item. It is difficult to correct this problem if I can correct it at all.

I'm trying to redeem my rewards, but I don't want to send you my bank account number. And I do not use Paypal. How do I redeem my rewards?

I came here to try to find out if the app is as confusing to others as it is to me
I am not technologically ignorant, but this site is just so disorganized and confusing. And what's more, none of the receipts I tried would scan. Then I saw where basically every review on here is people complaining about being unable to get their earned rewards. Glad I checked before wasting my time trying to figure out how to use the app.

It's hard to score points when you have to go back and use the QC code. After you have put your groceries away, you don't want to have to go and find the right merchandise.

I've used this site on and off for four years. The app is now amazing. I've tried others but it's not the same. It's now very easy to just shop online and the app does the rest. I Look and I have money! So easy. I'm already a big healthy shopper who buys the same stuff over and over, but I am always looking for new choices. I appreciate the healthy suggestions! If you're already going to buy these items - don't mess with coupons! Get paid for your stuff!

I am really enjoying saving money, but I believe that the app could be more user friendly. That being said I've noticed several improvements to make the app more acceptable in working with other apps and adding more choices. Im going to continue to use Ibotta because I believe that they are listening to their customers just wish improvements came quicker maybe that has something to do with our societies current situation with the pandemic maybe not

So thought this was gonna be just another one of those Can't get passed five dollar things. But before I knew it I'm in the club twenty dollar club that is. Not for long tho I'm trying to get all the money back I can get. Ibotta lot of stuff Thank you Ibotta.

The Ibotta app is so simple and easy to use, love getting my money back on a lot of my purchases. I also love it when I can try a product for free, 100 % cash back on some items like soda's, bubbly etc.

I had about $20 in my account, and one day see a promo for inviting 2 friends and receiving $50 ($5+$5+$40 promotion). Anyways one day I ask my friends to go use it, they do. One account I got a $5 credit for, the other one never even showed up the rest of the night (promo ended that night). I wake to an email saying: Your account has been suspended permanently or temporarily (I hate how they say that, it's like, we should have a right to know whether or not we're permanently banned). Then I contact support (still no response, it's been around 20+ Days so far). Then I go to twitter, without even knowing much of my problem they blocked me, I made another twitter, they blocked me. They are a fraud company. Never take on promotions, you're almost guaranteed to get banned.

The app sucks. You only save if you are one of the people who only buy name brand. The automatic linking doesn't work and self reporting has way too many steps. Take to long to get to a payout. Just an overall

It's hard to find many of the items Ibotta has. I'm shopping regularly and can't seem to find anything on the Ibotta list that I'd actually use.

It's so worth to use Ibotta. You can get to purchase a high quality product brand and get cash back. What else can you ask for. The app is very friendly, just make sure to link all your favorite stores accounts and start to enjoy it.

I have only been using this app for a short period of time and already reached $50. It is easy and quick to use and I don't have any spare time on something complicated or time consuming. It's literally looking over brands of items you already have on your list then click purchase scan receipt and watch your rewards grow.
