I appreciate the fact that my issue was resolved quickly. My barcode wouldn't scan. The app wouldn't take the TC# either. I was credited within the hour after I submitted the ticket.

The Ibotta app is still difficult to navigate between the functions. Just too slow. Keep it simple. The minimum cash out for PayPal is fast, however the 20.00 minimum is too high. Lower the minimum and charge a small percentage for the PayPal option.
Overall I really like the app and the cash back for simply shopping, but I can honestly give no more than 3 stars.

This app had been a waste of my time trying to get it to work properly for a senior like myself who is not technically knowledgeable. I could not get hold of anyone by phone to help me with the situation and it doesn't let you cash out until after you reach the 20 dollar mark. Because I haven't been able to figure it out, they started sending me notices that they were deducting $4 from my account. I was never able to collect my money and received no help. Was almost to the $20 mark when they changed the app and could no longer figure it out. Now they have taken all the money I saved up because I was unable to get any help.

I've had ibotta less than a month and have already earned almost $30! Crazy! I just clip the products I use and (honestly) I forget about it and shop as usual and get surprised all the time with ibotta letting me know I've earned cash by my everyday shopping. Best of all, because of the promo that was going on before Thanksgiving, I basically got my whole meal (yes, that's turkey and all the trimmings) FREE!

Great app and customer service! I have had to request support before and they are always quick to help.i recommend them go everyone I know.

I send in my receipts and most of the time I don't get my money

I once had a missing item that I did not receive cash back on and it was credited very quickly. I needed a new referral link and that was provided quickly as well. Great company!

My daughter in law referred me to this app and i was convinced it would work and now i live for it i just hit the the $250 club in less than 6 months of using it. I honestly can not figure out how they get bad reviews people must not understand how to use it. It was a little complicated at first but once you get the hang of it it can actually save you so much money.

I have been using Ibotta for a little over two months and have already gotten $200 in rewards. I will say I have a $48 reward for an HSN purchase that has taken almost 30 days to get validated, but I am confident that it will come through. It's easy to use, payment is quick and redeeming your earnings is very easy.

They took care of the issue quickly and correctly the first time I contacted them.

The past month or so iv been having more and more problems with receiving my rewards. Roughly 20 or so offers have not been redeemed and simply ignored by the care center. Owner or CEO should be ashamed such a powerful website runs so horrible. Buying product for rewards I don't receive and don't get answers. WATSE OF TIME. I finished the bag of chips before I got a response. Pathetic.

I am beyond impressed with Ibotta. I am up to 50 dollars now- and every time I have had an issue customer service has been fast and very helpful. One time they even credited my account when I misunderstood the rebate- but just asked kindly for me to re read the rebate offer. I LOVE Ibotta! Best app I have ever gotten.

I have been using Ibotta for over a year and am extremely pleased with the many many choices they have for you to earn money back! It's simple, easy to follow, and cash comes right back to you quickly! If you haven't tried it you should. You will not be disappointed! Who doesn't like getting cash back! One very happy customer! :)

I downloaded Ibotta App and used it this entire year, only to be denied my cash back. This company is total waste of time and customer service representatives don't speak english. I was given run around to use my earned cash, but to no avail. Don't use it. You are better off staying away from this fraud.

Ibotta is horrible. Do not do this. Terrible waste of time. I cannot withdraw cash, cannot get help. I get a recurring error code that is not on their list. I get auto reply emails with "due to a higher than normal volume" which has been going on for weeks. I was excited, now disappointed and furious.

I've been doing Ibotta for 3 months and just this month they have been leaving out cash back I've earned. So I contacted ibotta care and to which they reversed all my credit putting my account in the negative. Half the products you try on this site suck! It's not worth the time and money you spend.

It's been like a month since I still can't cash out. They keep your money by locking your account for no reason. I know I have t done anything wrong. They actually told me that I did nothing wrong and that they have unlocked my account and they still haven't unlocked it after they said they would. I wrote back and now it's been 2 weeks since. They haven't responded yet to my request but some bogus it's gonna be 7 days. Please shut this company down.

Ibotta is a great way to earn a little extra money! I downloaded it after a friend recommended the Ibotta app to me. My favorite part is the 'any item' cash back. I can buy any brand and get 10 cents back! My point of view is that I can get a little extra cash back for buying items I normally buy. Every little bit counts. With patience and persistence, it adds up over time! I would highly recommend Ibotta to friends!

I keep verifying my email for many times and no email receive from Ibotta. It says maybe i blocked the app or whatever, as far i know I didn't block Ibotta from my email and why should i since i use the app. I have $74 to claim so i guess i will just consider it as a scam. What a waste of effort and time! Very Disappointed! And sadly no customer service to contact for help.

Still waiting for my Giant Eagle money back. Why do you make it so difficult
