In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I love Ibotta it helps me save money on the things I buy anyhow and I also see things I might like to try. So with your savings and the money I earn it's worth it. Thank you Ibotta!
My sister told me about it and I love the experience and the money I can get when I buy certain things. They are very helpful too, sometimes I forget to mark off something or did not see it and they will send me a email to say check my receipt for missing items. That's awesome. Highly recommend Ibotta!
My cash back arrived in my ibotta account in less than 24 hours & I got notified by email. I m happy that I was able to link my Food Lion account. Could you enable link to CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, etc.

I had an issue with a receipt--actually lack of receipt--for a purchase I made at Target. I didn't get a receipt at point of purchase but submitted a copy from my app. Even though it is not their usual policy to accept copies like that, customer service (Roxanne) was able to put through the offers on my receipt so I earned the cash back. No hassle. I greatly appreciate that.
I placed order to Walmart last night but scheduled delivery for this morning I ordered 5 packs of kraft natural cheese with cash to go on ibotta account but it not there i.25 each plus it kept me from getting the bonus
Good way to get cash
I've had several shopping apps and IBOTTA is the best by far! They seem to realize that those shopping for deals all the time are legitimate, honest people who are trying to be wise with their purchases. It is hard to always get a great deal on the things that we all need at that exact time. Ibotta is a big help here as they have such a wide range of brands and goods to save on! And they work with/on so many retail spaces: online and physical stores!
They are great with responding from customer service as well!
Having used the benefits of Ibotta for a number of years, I find the app easy to use and a big help when looking for those hard to find savings. Together with store discounts (yes planning ahead does help), I've received over $2,500 in refunds.
Responsive and courteous in replies, offers suggestions on app usage and resolutions are quick and painless.
Easy of use, just check the item in the app and scan receipt - doesn’t get much easier.
I hope you can get this corrected. I have missed bonuses, because you have not credited my account for missing rebates. The items have been rescanned and submitted, but NO response.
I have submitted 2 different "missing rebate" offers and still have not received a response. One of the rebates is from 8/23/24. You are supposed to get back with us in a reasonable amount of time and this is not happening.

I have been an Ibotta user since 2012. That is 14 years that I have been a faithful user of the rebate company. They have gotten better with their bonuses that they give for certain products. They also have a multitude of products that the everyday consumer uses. I especially love their 'free' items and BOGO items they give you rebates for. They are prompt and rewarding their users with the rebate money. It only takes about 5 minutes when I cash out to PayPal to get my money via PayPal. I bought it is also pretty accurate when they give you your rebates you have earned. Hats off to this wonderful company called Ibotta. 😀
Because I enjoy couponing and saving money at the retail stores. In 2012, I learned about ibotta. I used Ibotta. I found it to be a great company that gave me the knowledge to save money on items I buy at the store regularly. I've been getting rebates with Ibotta for 12 years. I believe that they have paid me over $3,100. 😀 Those small rebates really add up and did snowball into thousands of dollars in rebate money. Thank you Ibotta.
I contacted Ibott support to resolve my issue. I didn't receive cashback. The answer came very quickly. I was glad that the issue was resolved and I got what I wanted. Ibotta cares about its customers.
My receipt scanned but came back with no cash back items which I knew was wrong. I asked their care team and it was settled in a couple of days and I got my cash back credited. Love Ibotta.

Had an issue with on-line ordering and Ibotta credit. 2 emails (request and response with needed info) cleared it up and I received my credit. Great job.

I refer friends and got post Funds but ibotta deactivate my account by mistake or no reason I don't understand why I hade got $45 dollars but couldn't withdraw nothing I don't understand if it's a scam or what's goin on

So I was in a hurry and forgot to clip on item before my shopping trip but purchased the items. Emailed Ibotta and without hesitation was given full credit very promptly. Ibotta is the best.
My problem for not receiving cash back through Walmart grocery was resolved. Glad to know it was a site wide issue that didn't only affect me. They were kind in their responses.
I have been using Ibotta for 5 years now. The app is user friendly, deals don't require an unreasonable amount of purchases I don't need and cash withdrawals are super easy. It's also fun to learn about new products that I won't usually notice when I run in and out of stores with a shopping list.
My friend recommended. It sounded like fun to earn some cash in my free time without clipping actual coupons.
Ibotta is very easy to use. Choose your store, clip your coupons and go shopping. You can either link your card or take a photo of your receipt afterwards. The money is put in your account and it is very easy to take it out when you need or want it. I tell all my family and friends about it.
Ibotta is very user-friendly. The app gives me no problems at all and if I do have a question they get back to me with a timely response.
I had an issue with Ibotta recently and when I reached out to them for assistance they were amazing. Resolved my issue within 24 hours, absolutely fantastic customer service. They were outstanding!
I never get all the money back you send an email then you expect me to find what I missed when you have done changed what's on their heck just add it that's stupid

I scanned a upc code for pork ribs, it wouldn't accept it. I took pictures of the upcoming code & the package. I continued to go in circles trying to add it. How can I send the pictures in an email? What an inconvenience just trying to follow procedures!
