I do a lot of shopping so ibotta is perfect for me! Mostly have items I'm buying but new ones too to try if it's a super great deal. My most recent trip YAY!

Just like the some of the stuff on here, but not all selections I like. Alcohol isn't my thing. Should be less?

Ibotta rejected my turkey breast purchase three times then claimed that I didn't enter my receipt within one week of purchase. Completely unethical company!

Decided first of this year to seriously begin couponing! Ibotta offers most generally items I use frequently/ nice. The site is easy to navigate and to submit receipt. Love it.

Ibotta app is easy to use. Great deals. Helpful emails.

It's an easy app and a wonderful way to ear cash buying the products you like or a good way to try a new prosuct

Customer service was easy to deal with

This application is total fraud

I am trying to withdraw money from my account since last 2 years and every time they show a message that there is some problem with your account and we will get back to you soon

By giving you your first payment they earn your trust and than they don't pay you anything

They even don't have a contact number on which customer can contact for their problem also they don't reply to any of your emails.

They are a very very big FRAUD

At first I thought it was too good to be true but unfortunately I was wrong IBOTTA really gives you cash back by simply submitting your receipts from your purchases everyone Love shopping but hates giving up money well Ibotta is a life changer it actually pays you back your hard earned money you deserve and it's quick and simple there are also other ways like bonuses promotions and even friend referrals that help you earn money I would highly recommend anyone needing extra Funds to give it a try and I promise you will this

The last 4 times I have used the ibotta app to make my Walmart purchases I have to begged them to give me my cash credits. I ALWAYS have to send them everything I have at least 4times and they say they still need more to prove what I have purchased. Starting to wonder if they are really what they say. They are very frustrated. Should not have to fight for your cash back rewards every time you make a purchase.

More availability on cashing in money earned. Being able to cash in for larger amounts. Raising the amount from 20.00$ to more of a choice.

They deactivated me saying I violated their terms of service. I didn't get the credit I was supposed to so I submitted the receipt again. I wrote them asking them about it at the time and they didn't respond. I was asking questions and trying to figure the app out. I didn't know I was in violation. Customer service wouldn't do anything for me. Eventually they just kept sending the same message. They then blocked everyone in my house.

Easy to use. Processing is fast and accurate. And it doesn't take long to earn enough to cash out.

They allow you to submit receipts multiple times (which is againt their policy) and then deactivate your account. Its the responsibility of the app to detect invalid receipts and bolck them. You cant leave that responsibility to users. Its a huge waste of time.

I not only get money back on items I purchase, I get extra bonuses for completing different requirements. I just got a $10 bonus for purchasing 16 items (all items I buy anyway), over a period of time. Plus, I just got bonus money for referring a friend to Ibotta, and my friend made $10 for joining Ibotta and using my code. It costs you nothing so there's nothing to lose. If you want to check Ibotta out please use my code EICTCFK (the bonus amount changes, sometimes $5, sometimes $10, sometimes $4).

I purchased 2 scott toitet tissue and I only got credit for 1 even though it says 2 this has happened before

I had used the app for several weeks and accumulated 107$ in cash back, including some referral bonuses. I had uploaded my receipts and had scanned all the bar codes properly. The app had said that all my purchases and bonuses had been verified.

I verified my account and set up the withdrawal process through my PayPal.

Now, Ibotta has locked me out of my account and is not allowing me to withdraw my money.

If I had been the first person to make a complaint, I could believe this was a one-off technical incident. Instead, it seems like this is an unethical tactic that the company typically uses to prevent people from getting the money they have earned.

The company has not responded to my emails, and hopefully this will get their attention.

I am extremely disappointed and unless I hear from Ibotta soon I will stop referring people to the app and refrain from using it.

I am disgusted at this reoccurring scam being ran by this company.

I had an offer of buying two GM Cereals which included (list) (you had to but two) Lucky Charms and Toast Crunch, you have to scan the box codes to make sure it's a match and they both matched. Now they say I don't have two but one and they don't want to honor the offer! It's shows on the receipt I bought two!

Easy Peasy Cash Back App! Ibotta is unlike all others I have tried, it's no different than your regular shopping except that you have to go through the Ibotta app. In as little as 3 months, I recvd over $100 back n that is with no effort.

Bought 5 got credit only for 4 it happened a couple off times that ibotta only gives me credit for some items and not for all of my purchases

Well, I am happy after getting my money back after writing multiple nasty letters, but I don't like having to waste my time doing this.

They usually take care of the problem, but still haven't told me what exactly is wrong with every Ingles receipt.
