In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I was not able to receive my cash back for my offers and then, I contact customer service yesterday, and they gave me my cash back, all the are I said as always fix all the problems I have, thank you! Ibotta for all you do!
Last trip to store I scanned items to make sure they were correct and then checked out and posted my receipt and it only honored 1 item when I had 3 on there.
I like the rebates and choices of giftcards or cash.
One day when I got on the Ibotta app to look at the items they were promoting I noticed that my balanced dropped from my total that I had earned to 0.00. I was panicking. I did everything I could do to rectify the issue myself. I finally reached out to the Ibotta care team and they worked with me until I recovered the funds that were missing. I was impressed on how they helped me out. They were wonderful and listened to the issues I was having. It was a blessing working with them.
You can email customer service for help. It was very easy. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were very helpful.
I just got half price Tyson chicken through Ibotta. I did the math and the cost after rebate is cheaper than buying the Walmart store brand chicken. Yes! There was a little hick up in getting the funds, but customer service is always so helpful to get it straightened out. This business exists to help us afford our groceries.

It is really easy to use and understand. My recommendation is that the app allows us to upload ereceipts like Fetch does. It would make things a lot easier without needed to keep paper receipts.

I absolutely love Ibotta! From the cash back on items i actually use to the quick response from customer service if i have any problems, they are amazing. A couple times some offers were missed on my digit receipts that the app automatically picks up. When this happens a quick message to support and they have it fixed if not a couple hours later than the next morning.
Live using IBOTTA! You can you your cash back almost anywhere! When there is a problem with cash back customer service is quick to get it resolved and credit your account.
I absolutely love this APP, it helps save you money in these hard times & I would love to see coupons for store brand items as well as name brands, that would be even better

Ibotta gives me the ability to check the coupons that I want and then simply shop. The coupons are also for things that I would buy anyway, which makes them the best coupon app in my opinion.

Multiple times dealing w ibbota and being screwed over for this technically or another. I like the app but becoming more and more difficult to deal with.
I have used Ibotta for quite awhile. In the last 6 months I have missing cashback and have to go back and rescan when it didn't get picked up the first time. I would prefer to have it go through more smoothly.

Won't accept item on my receipt as a match so lost out of 2 dollars and was the only reason I purchased item. Have these issues often with Ibotta not matching items from retailers.

I rarely have issues, this time I had a box of cereal that was so recognized. It was the proper size, 8.9oz, and everything matched up, scanned just fine, but I was not given credit $.75.

I contacted customer service because I was missing cash back from my latest submission and they resolved my issue quickly! Their customer service is always top notch.
I went to krogers to buy some i International coffee cream, Which I did three separate Receipts, So I could get the bonus, And the arm Hammer laundry detergent, I bought four in one place and one in another place. So then I went to upload my receipts and redeem them, And then I'm getting a notice saying sorry there are no deals at this time, So after I did a chat online, To see what I could do, I happen to go back on and it let me do four of my soaps and one of my coffee creams. Then you took the items off of the app, Now I can't do the rest.

I usually don't have a problem with redemption, but today was a nightmare.
An offer appeared and disappeared in the space of an hour and the Help desk found it and fixed it. I am grateful to them and for the opportunities that Ibotta offers me to save on groceries.
I usually buy multiple boxes of cereal and EVERY single time, I only get credit for only one box.It is a pain to continually have to report missing earnings and scan the boxes, etc. Ibota knows they have this problem but they never fix it.
Took customer service several days to get back to me.
Seemed like it worked just fine when I started but now there is always some issue with getting the proper credit.

I don't understand what is going on with the Ibotta app in recent months as it is frustrating to have to constantly text Ibotta for missing cash & it seems like it takes longer every time to get it corrected. Very disappointed in Ibotta.

I have been using it takes fir a while. Lately I relate hasn't been right. Even though I have scan and offer match cash back faile. Example I summit receipt yesterday. I have 2 any items. Only 1 was approved. I scan and it says "offer matches"
I'm tired keeps sending a ticket. Because that would not count towards to bonus. Although they are helpful. Hope the app works better it used to be better. Now? Not so much. Thank you.

I always get a we are experiencing a Deja vu! I only uploaded my receipt once! Several times I have to scan the item at home because you don't see it on the receipt! I got an email saying I got $5.90 cash back, but didn't!

I have been member for at least 5 years probly more like 7 and when I started I didn't use it much but then I started seeing how much it helped and went hog wild with referrals and offers. I've referred quite a few people and I know some of them are still using the app happily. It has always been fairly easy and fast with awarding your earnings and cashing out. The few times I've had problems they always let u know immediately they received ticket and then resolved issue faster than any other customer service I know. I kind of like the linked cards cuz usually everything goes faster but I think I'd rather go back to uploading receipts ciz I've been having issues with Walmart link for some reason and I've never had problem before, actually they were always faster than other stores to process. Hope to have it resolved soon. Otherwise it is an absolutely wonderful cash back site that I would recommend to everyone, and I already have to alot of people.
