I don't think anyone in their customer "support" department actually reads the questions you send them, and, if they do read them, they do their best to frustrate you with irrelevant non-answers. All they are capable of is firing off some standard answers from their answer sheet that matches a word or two from your inquiry
It is hardly worth my time to even use Ibotta.
The rewards of.10 and. 25 do add up but it seems that there are fewer offers on everyday products. I have tried a few new products, however with the cost of groceries it's not feasible to be trying new things.

In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars.
It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online.
I don't know why anyone would not use this program.
Great care and response from customer service.

Who doesn't love a little extra Christmas spending cash? That's where I put my Ibotta savings!
I get money back on all the things I normally shop for, even on some gift cards! Earning money really adds up fast when you hit the grocery store and Target.
I chose Iibotta when I seen my daughter had easily earned $50 off a couple of purchases while she was away at college. I did a little homework and decided I wanted in on this greatness. I haven't looked back.

Been using this app for a couple of years now and have saved hundreds of dollars. I shop online through the web browser at stores like Old Navy and, also in my local grocery store. I have had some issues with deals not going through but their customer service is very excellent and responsive in getting issues resolved quickly!

My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
My texts for help referred me to articles that didn’t help me.
I belong to couponing group that suggested Ibotta. I like fetch better! Much easier to take a receipt picture.

I love how easy the app is to use and sometimes it will even notice missed purchases and remind me to add them. Recently I had an issue that was a user issue and Ibotta customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend using this app to save money on your groceries and other expenses, but also to support a great company with good integrity.

Not easy to contact with a problem regarding incorrect rebate, and Ibotta didn't really review an item that is a legitimate purchase but claims to have reviewed the product in question. A box of store brand tampons was deemed ineligible for Any Brand Feminine Care Product. How is that accurate?

5 cans of Pedigree Canned dog food which were missed despite my scanning in the store with a green light. Unfortunately, this happens mor often than not and Ibotta makes it extremely difficult to challenge. I guess people just need to return products. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ibotta is a great way to save on groceries, especially during these stressful times. Your savings add up quickly and if you are able to keep your savings throughout the year, you might like to cash out at holiday time! Plus, their team is always easy to contact and helpful if you run into an issue; and they are very timely with their replies, too.

The cash back you receive on items you're going to buy, need and use on an every day basis. It's so easy to learn to use and becomes a hobby-game that you play with yourself. When you finally see your earnings add up it's exciting! You can save on presents for family members or save up to get the gift cards so holiday gifts are available for everyone! Some confusion with linking my account with Walmart cash back. Because I am a Walmart member, it was confusing but the customer service professional helped me make the right decision and I got my money back.

I've noticed us do much more smoother now then a year or two ago. Rare occasion I do have an issue, it's resolved quickly. I can't recall the last time I had a problem with the app. I like the upgrades a lot, especially if I miss checking an offer I get an email to add it. Very happy with everything, please don't change anything.

As with any of these rebate apps, there will be problems from time to time with computers that do not properly read a receipt. Or, more often, your local grocery store does not abbreviate things properly on the receipt.
I've had only a few occasions over the past almost 2 years to contact customer service at Ibotta about a rebate issue.
It has been resolved to my satisfaction each and every single time.

A Shoprite receipt for 3 separate items was submitted and when initially processed, the incorrect earnings was given me; I left it, assuming it would be retracted. Instead ibotta gave me the correct amount and left the first earnings on my account. Pleased, but surprised at that outcome. Thank you.

I have been using the Ibotta app for a little over a year now and over the last two months the site is allowing me to shop but not redeem any of the cash back offers other than the 2% cash back from Walmart. I have had to submit every receipt through the help center and then list every offer I had activated for that trip. And I'm still not getting all of the bonuses either. I don't know what's happened but it's very disappointing and I urge you to fix this issue.

I have been with Ibotta for years and recently I had a minor issue with receiving my cash back, but when I contact the customer service they did a internal review, an escalated my review and solve the problem very quickly. And I received my cash back shortly thereafter. I really appreciate it the great customer service and feedback that I got from the representative. She listened to my issue and was very understanding and compassionate. Thank you so much Ibotta! Your savings are great and the bonuses and are awesome... I will continue to use Ibotta. It's exactly what my family need these days where every little bit of savings helps a lot.

It took me many times of explaining what had not gone through on a Walmart online order that completed a bonus. With back and forth communication it was fixed. This made me happy and I will continue to use Ibotta and recommend it to others.

I love ibotta! It's a huge game changer in saving money! The majority of the time I don't have to contact anyone and have never had to over a receipt until yesterday. I tried contacting Ibotta, but was receiving the same messages over and over from support. Somehow it got sent to the review team, and fixed things I didn't even know could be done. Wow. I've never had a problem with my receipts. Other platforms challenge every single one and I have to screenshot all my items because they don't want to reimburse for their own rebates. It's extremely frustrating having to spend time challenging them. I've never had to do this with Ibotta not even once.

I have used Ibotta successfully for years, and still do if I shop in store. For online shopping though, I can no longer get credit...just doesn't work with the iPhone app anymore and I cannot figure out why
