In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I had an item clipped. It wasn't showing up. I tried numerous times to up load my receipt again so I thought I'll just send it then try to fix it. Every time the item would not show I contacted Ibotta and within a few hours I had the $$.
I bought 128 oz Pyrex laundry detergent and Jose chicken an cheese Taquettos and did not get cash back for them.
I like Ibotta,but I dont always receive my cash back from shopping with Walmart online for items I buy.
It takes very little effort, except that you won't take my review if it's less than 50 words? That's a bit ridiculius

I am glad for the platform as I can save extra money on products I use at grocery stores I regularly shop at.
I had purchased several products for Ibotta offers a few years ago and when I Submitted my receipt I did not receive all the money expected although the item requirements had been met. I contacted customer service and they corrected the errors promptly.
It has a broad range of supermarkets participating. I also have taken advantage offers by several online stores.
Update: Ibotta read this review and credited my account for the 2nd box of cheerios. I am satisfied and changed my stars from 3 to 4.
I submitted a receipt recently for 2 boxes of cheerios for $0.75 back each, totaling $1.50. The receipt was only approved for 1 box. I feel it's no use to contact customer service. I've had to so many times. Once I made an online Safeway order and received the 2% cash back. Weeks later Ibotta said I returned something and reversed the earnings- which was not true. They weren't able to fix it.
Never fixed the issue. Reversed my cash back earning for an online grocery pickup order. Said I made a return when I never did.
I started doing Ibotta in 2016 to earn cash back. I used to use it a lot and shop based on the cash back. 8 years later it’s not as good and I only look at the app after I’ve shopped.
You gave me.10 and from my ham I was getting a1.00. It didn't show up so I sent a message about not getting my cash. I saw where it was added but when I got my message from Ibotta you got money it showed only.10 cents
I love it. I like to redeem for gift cards at the end of the year.
Love the app only issue is it seems to be very sensitive picking up receipt info when uploading while other similar apps aren't as difficult other than that love it
In the middle of one of the big bonuses Ibotta "updated" the app. So now when I submit my receipt I have to scan the item then submit but if I am missing an item or a scan I have to start all over. Don't know if it's just the one store or if it's changed for all stores
It's a lot of emails back and forth. Sometimes it's like the respond without reading what I wrote.
It was something new to try quite a while ago.
Everything is usually great but sometimes it will ask to scan a barcode that I have already thrown away and I will miss out on cash back.
Sometimes was able to correct but not always.
Sounded good to make a few bucks on the side.

I'm writing to bring to your attention a few recent issues I've encountered with the Ibotta app.
Firstly, I made several purchases through QVC and activated the 12% savings offer via Ibotta. However, I did not receive the expected savings in my account.
Lastly, I encountered a limitation while redeeming a savings offer at Walmart. The offer allowed for only five qualified items per receipt. While I received the savings for my first receipt, the second receipt was not credited despite there being no daily limit specified. I have already reported this issue through the app, but I have not yet received a response.
I must emphasize that I have been a loyal user of Ibotta for quite some time and have generally had positive experiences. However, these recent issues have caused some disappointment.
I understand that technical difficulties can arise, and I appreciate the information you provided regarding the QVC savings issue. It is reassuring to know that your team is working to resolve these problems.

I conducted research on the app approximately five years ago. Its overall rating was higher in comparison to other savings apps. Additionally, the number of users was significantly higher, and the majority of the reviews were favorable.
Most of the time it is great, but lately I have been having issues with "Can't read receipt." And it is getting very frustrating.
A friend suggested it.
It took a little bit time but at the end they turned back the cash back thanks
The stores should only show items that they actually carry.
The issue was resolved.
I chose Ibotta to earn money for gift cards.
I had to scan each can to get money. Then noticed I didn't get credit for hair dye

Bought 2 packages of chicken and only got $1.25. Thought I was supposed to get $2.50

Representative processed credits for ereceipts. However, this takes time. Wish process for ereceipts clearer/easier

Although my purchases are supposed to be recorded when I visit $#*!s Market. $#*!s says it is not their fault. You tell me it is working but it is not. That is my closest grocery store & I am frustered that Ibotta doesn't work there.
Also uhapppy with scanning the reciepts at Smiths & other stores. Dificult & time consuming.
Described my problem with $#*!s Market - supposed to be automatic with hone #. You investagated & said it will work now. It doesn't.

Tried to give me .50 instead of 3.00 for an offer.

Walmart is great because it goes straight to Ibotta. I have trouble getting Kroger and CVS linked to my account, not sure why though.

I love the app but I would like to see more variety in the any item category as I tend to purchase store brand products frequently. Even with your cash back offers sometimes it's still cheaper to buy store brands.

I enjoy earning cash back for every day purchases. Ibotta offers a variety of brands to earn cash back from. The reason I have given four stars instead of five is because the timeframe to scan a receipt is only 7 days and that is too short for me sometimes. I often find that a receipt will get missed and it will be too late to scan.
I enjoy the ease of adding items and then scanning my receipts to earn cash back. Ibotta offers actual cash for scanned receipts versus other companies offering points for gift cards.
