In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Nothing is recognized on the receipts anymore! Every item / product has to be scanned.

Customer Service was very responsive and understanding of situation, and did everything to quickly to resolve the issue.
My account was flagged with fraudulent activity and was deactivated with a little over $100 in my account. Ibotta worked with me to create a new account and gave me my money back.
Ibotta has always been easy to use & there's a wide variety of products to earn money on.
The issue was corrected quickly & easily.

This app is ok sometimes is hard to get the cash back, I have to contact the help center to claim the money and sometimes I can't upload the receipts like CVS is linked it to it, it won't let me upload it..
