In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
My Walmart receipt's barcode was not scanning so that I could get the offers from the app. I was pretty stressed because some of the offers were going to expire that day. So I decided to go got the help center and explain what was happening. I received an email saying my ticket was opened and being processed. This is one of the many great things about Ibotta, when they say you're ticket or claim has been created and being processed they really pay attention to each situation and try to resolve it in the best way possible. So, I received a separate email asking me to please provide screenshots of the offers which only three of the six offers I had on my receipt were active and the other three had expired by the time I responded to the email. I circled the items on my receipt submitted a photo of the receipt and a screenshot of the active offers and the other three offers I just described them in the email of what I remembered the offer cash back to be. Since most of the offers were not active anymore, I truly didn't think that I was going to receive the cash back, but as always, Ibotta has been wonderful to credit me back. I am a VERY HAPPY app user!
It is literally one of my FAVORITE couponing apps. Not only have they refunded me the offers I was missing every time I have written in to explain a situation of missing cash back or something glitched and I couldn’t redeem offers, the app is so easy to use and clear on the offers available. The layout is dummy proof. Ibotta has ALWAYS gone out of their way to helped me. Going the extra mile to make sure that users are happy and happy I am! So amazed at the attention to user needs. I can honestly say that Ibotta is the Nordstrom of coupon apps with the EXCELLENT customer service!

I have gotten back over $700 in amazon gift cards in the last couple of years. I usually order my familys deodorant and personal items. Cost to me $0
You do earn cash back but most times I submit a receipt the next day the app says I didn't earn anything when it says earn 2% cash back on purchases at the store i submitted a receipt from. It doesn't make sense

It is ridiculous that you cannot submit your receipt if it is to long. After trying 12 times I folded it in the middle so the retailer and barcode could still be seen. Albertsons and Winco are long. Well now I am getting locked out for security reasons. I was not altering the receipt to cheat anyone, just trying to make it
Fit. Even if you tap the longer receipt. You can not get close enough to make it fit.
I started it for my niece. So she could get a bonus. I’ve only done it 4 or 5 times. It is not worth the headache.

First off I really enjoy ibotta:
On Sunday, May 12 I checked my Ibotta account and I noticed that I was four items away from a five dollar bonus.
So I purchase four more items, scan items uploaded the receipt, but somehow it was only showing one Cottonelle and I purchased two.
So with the help of customer service the problem was corrected.

I had an issue with a rebate. I reached out to customer service and it was handled within a day.
Im not able to get any help after trying for months emailing and chatbot so im still unable to link my DG account and found out that Im not able to scan in receipt if DG not linked so Ive lost like $40.00 in cash back due to this. I use the correct information to link but it just wont link...

Every time I purchase multiple quantities, I only get credit for one if it's a big amount. It does it all the time I just put a receipt for 2 Jamison's and I get credit for one and when I say I'm missing cash and I send it in. I don't get credit for it. I just don't get it. Is it because it's 4.00 and you don't want me to get 8.00?

Ibotta sent me a reminder after I purchased two items that were eligible for rebate. I followed the instructions and got my rebate on the items.
Ease of use.
My experience with Ibotta has been wonderful! I have saved tons of money and been able to try new items that I would not have purchased if it wasn't on Ibotta. Someone hacked into my account a few years ago and Ibotta addressed this issue immediately. Ibotta is the best savings app available.

Hi, there is a mistake, I just by one stem flying insects light trap, for the operational error of the sailer, I returned one back immediately. So the receipt has no mark for refund.
