In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Have bought products that I flagged but many times they are denied and when scanning bar code I can't send for review. This happened twice today.
I think it's time I cash in my money and uninstall the app.
Hard to get to sending a message and most of the time takes several days to hear back.

I thought I had some cash back missing and CS responded very quickly with a complete explanation and while I was in fact not missing a cash back due to using a coupon, they compensated me plus a little bonus. They did not owe me anything and this was quite unexpected and appreciated! Fabulous customer service experience!

Care team solved immediately after I sent them a photo of the receipt that included all necessary information to receive my rebate from "any liquor store".
My integrity was questioned, and it was inferred I was misrepresenting my claim.
I haven’t gotten any response except the disallowed rebate and no way to resubmit it, even though it was recognized as an approved item in the store!!!!
The cash back. I gave y’all another chance in 2021 but lately it’s getting harder to get rebates one has legitimately earned.
Every time I submit my receipt, they claim they don't see the rebate, claim I didn't buy the product, or make me contact customer service. It's ridiculous.

When I go to Ibotta app, I select something and then if I go out and back in it doesn't show selected without clicking on the coupon.
I have contacted customer service in which they tell me that it’s working and have not fixed it. I have don everything suggested, still no fix.
I like the rebates.

My experience was nice I made a statement they got back to me right away I sent my picture in and told him what I didn't get money for and they got it right back to me
I did very well except there were several items that were not available at the store and then I didn't get credit for the package of 15 bottles of Boost that I was supposed to get $5.00 back. I don't know why the Boost was $25.33.

Trying to withdraw my earnings. Plaid didn't seem to work. Will try again, but not very happy. Paypal worked perfectly before.

This is a great app and by far my favorite out of all the cashback/reward apps that I have used! Anytime I have an issue with the app or a promotion it always gets resolved to my satisfaction regardless of the reason. The customer service team is always prompt to respond to inquiries with professional and friendly service!
It was pretty simple just slightly frustrating as it took sorta forever for my rebates to be processed. Which I understand since as many loops as I had to jump I'm sure so did the people that helped me. However, the individual who assumed my account was already linked with no proof was annoying. Regardless everyone else was nice, respectful and fast to reply.!
I would appreciate more "any item" selections. Week after week there are not any items that I purchase that are on the list for the stores I shop. Also, the products on the list should be offered at all stores many times there are items on the list, but not at the store that I purchased it.

I bought pork chops at Save A Lot and didn't get my reward of 5 cents. Wow, thank you! I followed the rules and still got screwed.

Today was the best return and response time ever. First time I submitted request, got a quick response, and get the cash back that i was missing. This within minutes of posting. I did take my picture with my request. Explained the issue. Ibotta team get me my cash back. Totally shocked. Past experiences was terrible but now. Much better.Keep up the great customer care.
