In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I purchased an item that was on my list for cash back but I did not receive my rewards on it.
Thank you for excepting my pick up receipt for a purchase I made that I did not realize pick up receipts were not normally covered.
I made a purchase of a covered item with my stores pick up service and did not realize this is normally covered. After contacting customer service you allowed this purchase. I know now that I will avoid using pick up service for items covered by Ibotta.
Love being able to get money back on purchases we make. It sure helps with prices as high as they currently are
The offer was not applying and I reached out customer care. I shared a pic of the receipt and product and was credited immediately.
My DIL found this app, so I downloaded it bc who doesn't love cash back, except there aren't many organic or healthy foods, I finally after one month could redeem 0.10 off my Whole Foods receipt, so with the 5.00 for the first time user reward I finally have a balance, so far not very impressed, I may update this review if I feel otherwise in the future
I had difficulty with a rebate and the "help" team was very responsive in helping to get it resolved. I've been with Ibotta for many years and it keeps getting better and better!

I love Ibotta and cashback. I do have suggestions though. Being able to link more accounts would be awesome like Cub foods. Also for stores such as Aldis, having cash backs specific to that store's brands such as their "momma cozis" for example.
Found on the internet and thought it had more choices than some other sites. Never had any issues with it other than accounts unlinking once in awhile.

Easy way to get "coupons" without having to select from a gift card to get the payout.
I am very upset with this site. It doesn't work half the time. I use it every week but it's so aggravating trying to put in the items that you get money back for. It's runs that little circle and doesn't add the product. And then says something went wrong
