In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I had a concern regarding a gift card purchase and the response time from customer service was awesome. Everything resolved within 1day.
The offers on Ibotta are frequently very useful and anytime you have a problem. They have been very quick to fix it.
This app is great because you can earn cash-back on lots of great products you might already need or use. Also, there are REAL PEOPLE available to help is=f the app has issues, instead of an annoying chat bot.
Even though the rebate states it can be used up to several times on separate receipts, that is not true. After writing them about missing rebates I was informed they can be used once, then you need to wait for another offer to appear.
They were so helpful and prompt with my issue. Got my refund for a canceled receipt within minutes!
It really takes time to get money back. If you think you're going to get rich, think again. $97 in 8 years stinks. When I thought I bought the right items, I didn't get any money back. Sorry, I'm ready to quit

I made a purchase and I noticed that I was missing credit on a couple of items. I reached out ibotta support. I was informed that the offers were omitted since I used a coupon on them. Romeo at ibotta gave me credit as a courtesy although it was a misunderstanding on my part.
Ibotta makes it extremely easy to find and select items with cash back offers at your favorite retailers. It is just as easy to redeem those offers and receive your cash back earnings. Something I just learned today, is that if you have your receipt automatically sent to Ibotta when you shop and you purchase items that qualify for cash back (but you didn't pre-select it) Ibotta will let you know and give you a chance to claim the cash back! They found $3.00 that I had missed when selecting my deals!

I am always pleased when an item I regularly purchase has money back thru Ibotta. It's a fun way to save and also picking an item out that is listed for the particular store is a great way to try the item out and at the same time get money back.

I am disappointed with redeeming with Wal Mart. Rarely does the bar code scan. Then when I put in a notification about it, the Ibotta team has never given me full credit for the coupons that they make you list out. It takes usually 3 correspondences to get my credit. This most recent time even worse. It is like they are instructed not to give out full credit. Is it really worth the time anymore?
When given full information, the response is that something is missing. Then I have never recieved full credit for the all the coupons that they made me list out 2-3 times per occurrence. This is very frustrating. I think you are told not to give out full credits.
Not good. I made 2 separate purchases for an item but the system is saying there's nothing to redeem from the second receipt.

I have earned around $900 back so far with Ibotta. When I have issues with my receipt they respond quickly to get my funds credited back.
I've been using Ibotta for many years. It's convenient, easy to use and I appreciate the opportunity to earn the cash back.

If you have Walmart plus you lose access basically to use the Walmart Ibotta. Then they charge you a fee to maintain your Ibotta account

The biggest complaint I have about this is they Deny half of my receipts and a lot of times when you shop online through their app.You do not get credit for anything.And if you reach out to them it can take months for them to fix it which is totally unacceptable. It seems like more work than it's worth. The higher the Rebate.

I love Ibotta! Ever since I started using this app, I've saved so much money in everyday things that my family needs. It's super easy to use and is very generous with most of the rebates.

I saw the potential savings
I submitted a receipt for $1.50 refund on Smirnoff vodka purchased April 12th which was declined stating insufficient information on the receipt. I sent an email to dispute it because the store name the Vodka the price and the total and date were clearly on the receipt. I then received a response stating that I was not going to get the refund because it was given to me on April 24th. These are two separate purchases which both should qualify. So I'm less than thrilled that the associate that denied it yet again could not read the date differences on the receipts. Thank you

I had an issue getting my cash back due to the way my items were listed on my receipt, and trying to fix it on the app didn't work. I informed customer care on Sunday evening, and someone fixed my issue completely on Monday morning. This is the first time I've had to contact Ibotta with my issues (the rest were either fixed on the app or turned out to be the result of cashiers not scanning all my items rather than a problem with Ibotta), and I'm very pleased.
