In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I am constantly having issues with food lion. My card is linked, I tap shop when I go in the store and I use my loyalty card at check out. I bought the Purdue 5 count chicken breasts and did not receive the cash back.
I like Ibotta for most purchases, but some grocery stores have problems especially when you have to use the link vs submitting the receipt.

Frequently, I will buy the full quantity of items for a deal. 99% of the time, even though I scan each item to make sure it qualifies, and I submit the receipt with all of the items scanned/shown, I only get credit for one item. It's a buggy app.

Ibotta is a great supplemental tool for our family! We get cash back on stuff we're buying anyways. Ibotta also makes it more likely for our home to buy name brand when the cash back evens out towards the generic price. We also use ibotta when it comes to trying things we typically wouldn't consider spending the money on because newer items tend to have a higher value cask back offer.
I saw several people using it successfully.

I didn't receive a $4 bonus and it took less than 12 hours for customer service to respond, put the $4 in my account and close the ticket! And they still had time to be nice and kind and helpful!
First of all every time I have a problem using my Ibotta app, customer service always gets back with me promptly. This time I needed them because for some reason my receipt will not scan and most of the time I can use the TCP number but for some reason this time it wouldn't take that either and I knew I had about $22 sitting there that I wanted! I wrote in and first thing in the morning someone responded to me asked me for a little more information which I provided and 10 minutes later my issue is solved my money was credited to me and all was well!
These people know what they're doing they're great at it and they're always polite and as helpful as they can possibly be and it's greatly appreciated. I personally come from a customer service background 30 years in retail management so I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and a Ibotta reps have always exceeded those expectations.
it was right on par. it was quick easy and the Ibotta reps are always very professional and get back with you as quickly as I can and get the job done.
Cuz I love their app
An example about my confusion is that I got an email saying I purchased something at Walmart that I could have activated an offer for an item on my Walmart receipt that I missed. Ibotta gave me instructions on how to activate that offer and still get the cash back. I can not find any offer on my receipt that I had missed.

At some point there will be a class action suit. I have all privacy locked yet Ibotta knows when I walk intonWalgreens or Smiths….and offers magically vanish
