In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I love everything about Ibotta! I just made it into the $4000 Club.

It's easy to use. If you miss a coupon Ibotta will send you a notification to look at your purchases. They will let you add whatever you left off.
Ease of cash back
There are too many uncommon merchandise brands. They are not carried in my local Safeway store and it's the only local store included in the Ibotta app.
I heard about it from a friend. It was great when I started using it a few year ago. Now there are too many unusual brand names.
It's super nice that there are apps like Ibotta that help us to get more stuff for cleaning, personal care and groceries for super prices thank you Ibotta!

I was missing my cash back on an item. Reported and it was taken care of. Very friendly and professional customer service.
I had to submit problem with picture of upc and then wait 2 days, I wish offers weren't posted unless ibotta is sure it will accept it. It is a hassle to make a purchased expecting cash back then you have to put more time in to actually get the cash back.
they said I could now buy the item and get money back when I had already purchased it.

I have used ibotta on and off for a few years. I always have had a great experience. Even when I have issues with offers matching, I reach out and they never give an issue with fixing it. I have gotten some great deals through the flash deals. I would recommend screenshots and verifying the credits you receive because it does mess up and you will want to know the details if it does.
Frequently, an item that is on sale with money back the barcodes do not match any in the store that is on your list

I had ti submit the receipt so many times. Then when you finally gave me credit, you only gave me credit for 3 or 4 items. Please check my receipt again.
I thought it was a good thing to join obotta and save money. I know there are others websites out there., I haven't try them. Just wanted to try this one.
I have used Ibotta for years. It has been easy to use, easy to cash out, and great customer service when I've encountered any issues.
