In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I love Ibotta! I don't have many problems, but when I do, they always solve my problems. Ibotta gives me the chance to do special things for my family. Thank you!
Credit was quick and even when I got something I did not add to this app it let me know so I could claim the money back. Smoothest app I've tried to use for money back yet!

Ibotta has good customer service but it doesn't always give the customer the credit that the customer is supposed to receive for buying the items on the offers.

Issue is if I buy store labeled products I don't receive any cash back. This is a challenge at Aldi and other stores that do not carry a lot of name brand products. Other than that, no issues.

My account was permanently deleted by Ibotta. They didn't give any explanation at all. I emailed them more than once to ask why and I just got back the generic answer of they can decide at anytime to delete an account. In my opinion they did so because I was using the app well and getting cash back. That is all I can go on since they will not give me an explanation. I am so disappointed. Don't bother getting this app. They will just kick you off if you actually use it.
They correct what i thought was a mistake and expained to me the new process at some stores for getting cash back.
I purchased only one (1) Carbons stain devil. Tried to correct the mistake but it credited me for five purchased. Please fix.
Daughter uses it. Future goal is to link account. Process takes too much time with photo taking.

I check to see what items are listed to receive money off. I don't have to clip coupons. It's easy to click on the purchase to be redeemed.

Put in a ticket for missing cash on a linked account and the matter was handled very timely
Had to resubmit receipt twice & rescan items several times. Very time consuming & annoying, especially when I have to get the items out of the cabinet and return them back after scanning.
It’s as if the person checking the receipts and items are not being very thorough.

Once again I was not properly credited for two multiple items at Safeway. The Safeway receipt now lists multiple purchases of the same item in the same line, with the numeric indication of the number of items. Receipt submission does NOT get this right, despite my scanning each item purchased. I requested the missing cash back following procedure in the app, again scanning each additional item as requested and approved. Yet, even the review does not give me the credit earned. Once again, I have to go through the process of requesting the additional money owed, first going through the ridiculous routine with the unintelligent Chat bot. IBOTTA, FIX THIS RECURRING, FRUSTRATING PROBLEM!
I have been using it for years, but this problem is not getting better, and it is beyond annoying.

I love that I can earn cash back on items that I always buy.
Did not receive cash back on an item and I was credited immediately without question. Then I realized that I was suppose to purchase 2 of the items not one.
