I had a receipt submission that went through and later came back with receipt not found so $0 on a valid transaction. Contacted Ibotta customer service and Anna took great care of the situation and kept my faith in the company. Thank you very much!
Enjoyed using for several months but the experience is diminishing as there are many problems getting offers and bonuses. Entire trips not appearing in system or no offers logged!

My texts for help referred me to articles that didn’t help me.
I belong to couponing group that suggested Ibotta. I like fetch better! Much easier to take a receipt picture.
I don't feel I get all points due to not connecting to Winn Dixie.
I love how easy the app is to use and sometimes it will even notice missed purchases and remind me to add them. Recently I had an issue that was a user issue and Ibotta customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend using this app to save money on your groceries and other expenses, but also to support a great company with good integrity.
Was missing an offer that I was sure scanned in the store. Noticed a few days later. Offer was gone. Ibotta did some research & figured out how to credit me. All the way, kind and friendly. Kept me up to date throughout. Wonderful people.
5 cans of Pedigree Canned dog food which were missed despite my scanning in the store with a green light. Unfortunately, this happens mor often than not and Ibotta makes it extremely difficult to challenge. I guess people just need to return products. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

After several weeks in a row of having to ask where my cash back is and having to repeatedly send more pictures of my receipt and spell out again which ones they had missed, I decided if it happened another time I was going to be done. ( Like other women have told me they decided). However, it appears that the glitches in the system have been corrected, and I'm back to receiving my cash back within a few days. And this time the day after I shopped. So thank you for fixing the problems.
I had to send pictures of my receipts even though it is linked to my store account and had to list the items that were supposed to receive cash back along with the amounts that I was supposed to get back. That's not up to me to keep track of.

The cash back you receive on items you're going to buy, need and use on an every day basis. It's so easy to learn to use and becomes a hobby-game that you play with yourself. When you finally see your earnings add up it's exciting! You can save on presents for family members or save up to get the gift cards so holiday gifts are available for everyone! Some confusion with linking my account with Walmart cash back. Because I am a Walmart member, it was confusing but the customer service professional helped me make the right decision and I got my money back.
It was introduced to me by a friend and it’s been so much fun since
I've noticed us do much more smoother now then a year or two ago. Rare occasion I do have an issue, it's resolved quickly. I can't recall the last time I had a problem with the app. I like the upgrades a lot, especially if I miss checking an offer I get an email to add it. Very happy with everything, please don't change anything.
Recommended few years ago from family member
As with any of these rebate apps, there will be problems from time to time with computers that do not properly read a receipt. Or, more often, your local grocery store does not abbreviate things properly on the receipt.
I've had only a few occasions over the past almost 2 years to contact customer service at Ibotta about a rebate issue.
It has been resolved to my satisfaction each and every single time.
I have been using the Ibotta app for a little over a year now and over the last two months the site is allowing me to shop but not redeem any of the cash back offers other than the 2% cash back from Walmart. I have had to submit every receipt through the help center and then list every offer I had activated for that trip. And I'm still not getting all of the bonuses either. I don't know what's happened but it's very disappointing and I urge you to fix this issue.

I have been with Ibotta for years and recently I had a minor issue with receiving my cash back, but when I contact the customer service they did a internal review, an escalated my review and solve the problem very quickly. And I received my cash back shortly thereafter. I really appreciate it the great customer service and feedback that I got from the representative. She listened to my issue and was very understanding and compassionate. Thank you so much Ibotta! Your savings are great and the bonuses and are awesome... I will continue to use Ibotta. It's exactly what my family need these days where every little bit of savings helps a lot.

I've never had a problem with my receipts. Other platforms challenge every single one and I have to screenshot all my items because they don't want to reimburse for their own rebates. It's extremely frustrating having to spend time challenging them. I've never had to do this with Ibotta not even once.
It was the first day one that I heard about.
I have used Ibotta successfully for years, and still do if I shop in store. For online shopping though, I can no longer get credit...just doesn't work with the iPhone app anymore and I cannot figure out why

Easy way to get extra cash
They got back to me and I'm very satisfied with this company. Very good customer service and the app is easy to use.
Was sent an email saying I received.50 added to my account, I knew when I had that added I would have $75 and some change. They added.05 not.50 so write down everything and hopefully if this happens they will honor it.
They use places that I shop a lot.
This is the second time my Wal Mart link didn't work and I was missing cash back. Ibotta had a flagged notice this has been a trend so that alleviated some questions knowing it wasn't just me. (Great communication) The chat bot was very user friendly and took me right where I needed to send a help ticket. In just a few days I had my cash back and response from their team (Ralph). I am grateful for a trusting app and easy to navigate system, with fast service. Thank You again!
Ibotta is the best. I would recommend this app to everyone. They strive for excellence. I think one time I had an issue, something was in my app that had expired, but it was probably my fault not being quick enough.

I've used Ibotta for many years, and I love it. Lately, though, even when I scan purchases, it's missing them once finalized. It tends to be the same things over and over, such as Ryl tea. Every week, I get 3-5 Ryl teas, and it says I can use it up to 5 times, but even after I scan them, I still only get credit for one, if any. Their receipt
Scanning has gotten quicker and generally more accurate, but whatever has improved this also seems to be eliminating actual cash back on some items.
Of all the rebate sites I use, Ibotta is the quickest, easiest, and provides the most money back.

I have used Ibotta for years! I used the money back go be able to afford more groceries, get lunch, and take my family out to dinner.
On rare occasion there is an error processing my receipts and purchases which results in my not receiving the proper cash back.
Upon contacting customer service with proper documentation the issue is always resolved and I am granted the cash back to my account. They are even patient with me when I accidentally submit a ticket twice because of my antsy worry.

Yes, I have saved quite a bit of money, so thank you! You lost 1 star because occasionally there is a quirk or cancelation and it's hard to check if you got your money because the email only says how much was saved and probably from where, but does not tell the item. I often buy several things from HSN or somewhere at a time if sales are going on and would like to keep track of savings. The item also needs to be listed when a cancelation happens to be sure it's right!

I had an issue with a receipt from a online Walmart order that didn't link. Customer service did a fine job handling and reimbursing me for my offers that were missing once I provided the requested info.
Anytime I ever have a problem or place a pickup order I send an email to ask for help with my cash back offers and I have a great outcome. If by chance like today they forget something or miss calculate they are quick to fix the problem and their kindness goes a long way. I was having an issue in regards to some items within my account and which is a simple email or two everything was resolved behind my expectations. A great company that keeps the consumer in mind and helps them get all the benefits out of the app. I highly recommend this app.
This is the THIRD time that I've had multiples of an item where one doesn't automatically show up after scanning the receipt so I I crease the quantity and scan the barcode. It shows the correct amount if items and then the rebate is for one less. What gives, it's so frustrating. I have to e.ail custo.er support amd wait a week for them to fix it. Please fix this glitch.
