Read the terms and conditions on Match.com and you will see what the law is as it pertains to the three day recission requirement, the privacy notification requirement in California, Virginia, DC and Colorado, the dating safety requirements that are required to be posted in New Jersey and New York and the list goes on! Talk to a business lawyer and he will tell you! As for the software, don't expect any help setting it up for it a software package sold to * who sells it to you! In my opinion, * is a clown who will get you in lots of legal trouble if you are stupid enough to believe him and buy his software! One of the key things for me was that they are local and I can understand what they say. I had chameleon before and that guy that runs it is a joke. Someone named Jen has been very helpful in getting my crazy site up and running. Thanks guys!
Did a bit of research and stumbled upon these guys. Glad to see they were local which made my decision easy. There was a bug I found in the register and they quickly resolved it. That's what you want in a software provider and they def took care of us. Highly recommend.

It took me a while to buy the software but speaking to Michael was exactly what we needed. We couldn't find a better person to deal with. Very kind and patient and that is what sold us. The dating software is nicely laid out. I would prefer more templates but the fact that I was able to make it my own was a bit better. One thing I would change is to make the hosting have a bit more space. Maybe it's for starters but you might outgrow it quickly if you're growing. I guess it's a good problem to have. Thanks to all.

This guy is Brian Allman. And 2 months ago I refused to let him buy the software and work with him because he became very unstable and accusatory. I told him that I didn't want to do business with him. Fast forward to last week and he bought the software under my radar and immediately started claiming things that are not true. The major issue he had came from images we use from pexels.com. I told him about this site where he can get royalty free images like the ones we use and he lost it claiming that you would get sued if you used any of these images. These are royalty free images and you do NOT have to give credit to the photos from this website. It's in their terms and on their help page which you can find at the link below. He became upset when challenged with the truth and posted this slanderous review. Once he started attacking us with these lies we immediately refunded him.

As for terms and conditions, that's something we don't advise on. The terms and conditions you put on your website should be provided by you. We don't tell you what to put in them for legal reasons.
As for the claim of "Three Day Rescission Requirement", that has nothing to do with dating and everything to do with consumers when they buy things. In some states customers have 3 days to change their mind on loans and things like that but in dating, not the same. If he understood the law he would know this. If this is something a dating site owner wants to do then he can and should put that in their terms but again, we can't tell you what to put in your terms. We also can't tell you what to put in your privacy statement. Again, our customers know this and it's common sense.
You also don't need a LLC to run a business. You should at some point but not required. Something he claims that every business owner must have and it's simply not true.
