“Good Website but Awful Post-Launch Support- Beware!”

I am writing this to help other businesses avoid Idea Grove's scam. These fake people lie blatantly about long-term relationships but don't make efforts toward the same goal. They designed a decent website, but the post-launch support was terrible. We had to chase them for days for minor issues that could have been resolved instantly. Please stay away.
