Very friendly staff, specially the technician Hala Assar she's very pleasant & informative. This is my first time in a life time I ever had anything done to my face from the beginning to the treatment was excellent will I have it done again heck yes.

Depending on what you say on the phone call there is no follow up unless you are buying something new.
Although they are more expensive, use someone like Meadows Spa in Buford, GA because in the end result they are cheaper. Ideal Image If you really care what I feel call me.

Getting ripped off

My ulltherapy treatment was cut short cause i was a few min.late.2 accounts.i have aboit 83 units of botox what i cant use.and i was going to have my lips done again.they said my credit would only pay part of it so i paid 350 cash.and my lips kept getting cold sores.they said i sign a contract.i ask them for what i signed and they wont help me or take my calls.i want a summary for all i had done and a refund for the secondcontract.i didnt know about.this place has a bad reputation.

Not honest with customers

I tried to handle this with the management before coming to complain on social media.(based on their response, here I am) So here I am. I purchased botox 'for the face'... and when I got to my appointment I was told they don't do the whole face (face, as I wasn't concerned about the neck - which they don't do either). So now I have to go to another spa to finish up what I always have done (areas around the mouth and chin for example). They didn't offer me an out the day of the appointment, and management's response to me refers to the contract which apparently says we have no outs or options...! Just dishonest practices. WARNING they don't do the face - they do a small portion of the face. They could have been honest! Since they have my money I will go to get what I can out of what I paid... but I won't go again!

I signed up for cool sculpting. Paid $3500 and had no results. They just want your money and tell you that the results will come with time. I ended up getting lipo and got the results I wanted. I just wish I didn't waste my money for something that doesn't even work.

Poor business practices

Beware that they can change the terms of your membership whenever they want. I initially joined the membership because of the discount of Botox at $8.90 with no minimum. However, I discovered that they added a minimum of 100 units in the middle of my membership. Any other upstanding business would have implemented the new minimum with a membership renewal, honoring your initial membership terms until completion. I distinctly joined because of the discount, and I feel bamboozled. I'm no longer giving them my business because I cannot trust their business practices.

Horrible service
December 19, 2022

I did not receive all of my treatments. I paid for face and underarms hair removal. Due to COVID and THEM closing I missed one then I had Covid twice and missed 2. At the end I only had 5 visits ( they give you 9….5 you technically pay for and 4 free touch ups) they would not extend my 4 free ones so I only got my five. They then told me I had to pay 90 dollars just for my face for touch up… I went to get a touch up and they charged my card $150. Horrible service I regret going there and spending over 3 k on this

My first appointment went well, but my second appointment went horribly. The nurse left me in the room for 20 minutes past my session time with the coolscuplting equipment still attached to my stomach. I kept screaming for help and no one came. I ended up getting up with the machine still attached to my stomach, opened the door and started screaming for help.

I have also had several booking issues where they have scheduled me incorrectly and then having issues with getting on the calendar because they are now full. Example, only scheduling me for 1 cycle instead of 2-4 for my stomach.

I've had botox done at many different places, I've used groupons and even had it done in Mexico. The botox ideal image uses is weak and you're going to need 3x the amount you would anywhere else, not to mention the injectionists all tell you something different and the results will be minimal if not botched. I'm pretty laid back and need minimal units- so for me to say this and go out of my way to write this is pretty telling. The employees are undertrained and the scheduling sucks. They cancelled on me 3 times the day of when I have to rearrange work and babysitting and don't get PTO. So that costed me a ton of money and they are booked out for long periods. Services are non refundable, which they do not let you know when buying them. So you get botched with one service? Too bad. You're out the money. Seriously unskilled injectionists and diluted product.

Horrible customer service

I purchased a package of CoolSculpting treatments in June 2022. The sales agent and I did a video meeting and she assured me I was a good candidate for this. I had my first session July 29; the nurses told me that they couldn't treat more than one abdominal area (I didn't have much subcutaneous fat, which is what CoolSculpting treats). They were not happy that I was sold this package.
I spoke with the Plano TX manager on August 4 and she agreed to open a case for me, seeking to refund the balance (about $5000). Since that time I have spoken with Ideal Image reps on the phone 6 times. They tell me they will have a case manager or a supervisor contact me. That has never happened; instead, they place me on hold for half an hour.

If you do business with Ideal Image, do NOT pay ANYTHING up front.

Doesn't work

Ok everyone aside from Jackie this was a complete waste of 6k. Only thing that worked for me was my Dr my RX and my diet change. Went through the aggravation of this process for nothing. Not to mention couldn't do the freebie because of cancer over 25 years ago. Was offered another freebie and was told it doesn't work unless I did more than one free session. Complete waste of time and money and lots of money!

Been with company over 5 years, never had issues until last year with new management. I have extremely tight schedule but i have to base my schedule around theirs. They have canceled on me 2 times with not enough staff and they failed to send reminder confirmation of appointment, in which canceled my appointment and did not know until I called off work again to show up and they told me at that point. Been trying to schedule filler for 2 months and now They have no more appointments until next month which I will be out of country again. I just want my money back. Honestly, this used to be a good company. The burses are sweet, It is just dealing with office and scheduling that has been an issue and nightmare. Now I am on hold for over 30 minutes and still waiting for a customer service rep to pick up to battle on getting the refund. I have already reached out to BBB. I am an easy customer to work with but this is just a pain in the butt at this point with Ideal Image.

Reps don't know

The rep that sucked me in said I would need 17 units and I went through three and nothing happen just PAIN and bruising and not one person can help me just shuffling back and forth. Want me to use the rest on what your a big fat company lier.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

The representatives do not know enough about the procedures to accurately help you. The ultherapy is VERY painful and trying to schedule for the Parmer location is a joke. I have been on the waiting list for almost a year. They wouldn't refund my money, but I couldn't get an appointment scheduled.

Wow, sounds like this company is struggling and now I see why. I have a contract from 2006 for laser hair removal. Lifetime touch ups guaranteed for 40 dollars. They hassle me every time I go in, that they want to charge more. The last time they said they would have to charge 75 dollars. I didn't get my treatment. I have talked to someone in corporate that says that she emailed my treatment center to put in my notes that I pay 40 dollars. I called to make an appt. And they say that now they will have to find my contract and get back with me. They also say that if I make an appt., within 10 minutes of getting an email, that I have to go online and give them a credit card number or that the appt. Will get cancelled. Do you think that I trust this company with my credit card. NOOOO. Now I see why they are rated one and a half stars. Thinking about my next option. Do not use Ideal Image!

DO NOT fall into the trap of this unprofessional, unorganized so called company. I do not ever do reviews but the Little Rock, AR office is so bad I want to share what is going on here. This office is very unprofessional and has no management? (or that is what the staff say, "she's not here; she comes like once a month"). They have rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled me numerous times. *Locked me in a contract for X months and did not tell me how once you're in the contract (and put down a large down pymt might I add) they will and can just keep rescheduling your appointments. I have been there TWICE in the last 8 months, and supposed to have had 6 treatments by now. The office staff is unprofessional, does not know what is going on, and frankly does not care. I'm warning you DO NOT make the mistake I did and waist your $.

Advertising "70% off" is bogus

They use False advertising to make you sign up.

VERY annoyed with this company & want my hard earned money back.

Was duped into getting a laser hair package for Brazilian bikini for $2,000 and another SMALL area for total of $2,600.

Their pricing is a scam

STILL waiting for someone to get back to me I've called and emailed DAILY. They charged my card 9/24

I immediately requested my money back & you can't get a hold of anyone. Once they charge your card and you have an issue it's been crickets.

Once I realized that 3 reputable laser placed by me (who ALL use Candela lasers) are offering Brazilian and LOWER leg for $2,400-2,600 for 6-7 treatments.

Make sure you shop around. Their 16 month limit is also bogus because you cannot get 9 treatments in in that time frame

When I signed up for the lifetime membership I wasn't told I had 9 months to do my cool sculpt. No way you can do it in 9 months. I also purchased 2 ultherapy sessions and used one and tried to use the other and they told me I had already used it. Also tried to take my last 2 cool sculpt sessions away by telling my time had expired. Went for my last session today and was told that the last time the used the plus on me and it counted as two sessions! I was never Informed of this. I didn't request it. They lie they scam. Will be talking to my attorney.

They trap u into services and membership and when u show up for treatments u are informed that u cant do treatments for medical reasons but wont refund your money i have been trying almost a year to get money back they take out a loan for u but wont send money back this should be theft cause that is what it is u get nothing they get your money and nothing u can do because u signed a contract

I was harrased in to hurrying up and signing a contract for coolsculpting. The lady called me over and over within a short amount of time. Eventually even blocking her number. But I found out I was pregnant within days of signing a contract. I didn't even have an account number when I called to notify them and cancel. I was told today by Casey Weisz that they would cancel with Ally lending but I would still be reapfor paying Ideal Image for services I never received and won't receive for quite sometime. Unbelievable!
