I was very skeptical about purchasing a LG 55EG9600 television from iElectrica due to the fact that the price was so much lower than the competitors. I spent an entire weekend looking for complaints or bad reviews and only found POSITIVE feedback about iElectrica. I decided that I would call and see if this was for real and I spoke with a nice gentleman named Shawn (Sean?). He was friendly, informative and quite helpful. He explained that they just run an efficient low-margin business. So I made the choice to purchase the TV. Shortly after my purchase, the shipping company contacted me to schedule a day and a time. The package arrived within the estimated delivery time frame. Delivery guys opened the tv box to check it was not damaged, turned it on and everything worked flawlessly. Great experience and love my new TV.
I was initially hesitant on buying an expensive tv off ielectrica but service was great. I received the tv in a timely fashion and the tv was in perfect condition. The box had some bumps and scrapes but everything inside was perfect. I would definitely be shopping with them again.

Great job at eBay. Easy to order, great price and simple. The problem was with the delivery. It took over a month to get the delivery. Only email I received from seller gave me the phone number of the shipping company and the statement "don't believe the estimated delivery date". Numerous calls to the shipper did nothing to expedite the delivery of the order. Bottom line, while I would would order again from this company I would have to think twice about it because of the shipping problem.
