Before I made my order I called the company to make sure they do have the TV I want. I ordered the same TV online with another company and even though it showed that it was in stock at the time of my order, I did not hear back from the company. When I called that company, nobody answered. With ielectrica.com, the experience was totally different. I emailed ielectrica.com first, and received a response almost right away to inform me that they do have the TV I wanted. When I called, I was able to talk to a person to confirm the availability of the TV. Also I got the code for adding 5-year warranty to my purchase. So overall it is a very good experience.
I paid $140 for upgraded installation. Installer had no helper so I ended up being the helper in the installation. Although promised a technician who could reprogram my universal remote, that did not happen.

I am very pleased with my shopping experience with ilectrica.com for our new Samsung TV. Order was filled 100% to my expectations and will be a returned customer. They answered questions that I had and were very professional with the answers.
My only concern on my order was on the expected shipping time arrival. It took a few days to get shipping information from the time of my order. An improvement would have been to immediately or as soon as known, to tell the customer that there would be a delay in receiving shipping information, if not the actual shipping information itself.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
