I don't know about you, but when I order fabric, I want it like yesterday. Fashion is seasonal. And if I'm making something, it's for tomorrow, or next week, NOT NEXT MONTH! ELEVEN DAYS it took for this company to ship out my little package of one item. ELEVEN DAYS. That translates to over two weeks of waiting for this company to put my one item in a package and ship it out! To add insult to injury, they SAID it shipped out right away. When I track it, I find that a shipping label was created on July 30,2020. But the item didn't make it into the package until August 9th! It is now August 13th, and I still don't have my item. I'm supposed to get the item by 8PM tomorrow. Needless to say, I'm not too psyched about my project anymore. Next time I'll order from China. It will get to me faster.

I purchased a large order on October 28th 2020 for a total of $222.87 I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER. Customer service emails have been ignored, ups has no tracking for the package because they also NEVER RECEIVED IT. Upon trying to call the phone number listed, the only thing I got was an automated message telling me that the number is out of service. I am being blatantly ignored by this company who is withholding my order from me. I have been recommending this company to others but no longer, as this is completely unacceptable.

I have never had an issue with quality or pricing! And fast shipping.My experience was positive. Fabric is something I have purchased before. Service and shipping has always been excellent

Good website but the size information on patterns is very confusing. I also would like more information on the fabrics. Eg about weight, drape and amount of stretch where applicable...

Very happy with the service, Jesse was very helpful in getting my order filled, He went out of her way to help me. The delivery was fast and well packed.

I ordered clear vinyl on July 10th. On July 27th according to tracking it was to have shipped. I gave them a LOT of patience due to covid etc. Multiple phone calls to a number no longer in service and multiple emails were not returned. The vinyl was still in a warehouse in Los Angeles. On September 1st it left California and I FINALLY got it on September 3rd. I do like the vinyl and I am using it to protect my table, but the customer service SUCKS. Almost two months. Wow.

It took me MONTHS to receive any kind of confirmation. To this day I still have not received my product or a refund after multiple request for one. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE.

Absolutely brilliant service and high quality fabrics that are very reasonably priced. I have made several purchases and will continue to do so. Highly recomnended.

I would give zero stars if I could. They charged my card and never sent the order. Their phone is disconnected and no one answers their emails or chat.

Ordered my fabric beginning of april still haven't received anything only got 1 response but still no package. Very disappointed. Asked for a refund and got no answer.

I placed an order on Feb 16th. I requested an update Feb 24th and was answered in under an hour that it was processed and shipping on Feb 27th. I never received tracking information and I emailed 4 times over the next week with no response. As of March 7th, I filed a claim with my bank for a refund and STILL no product, tracking or reply. This is a sorry excuse for a business.

I looked locally and on many websites until I found minky on their site. It was wonderful for this in the hoop baby dragon I made for my great nephew. He loved how soft it was. Fast shipping

Was having problems with my shipping, tried the hardest to get in touch with seller no one replied and my package came 3 days late then time was pose to come

Sent 1/3 of the fabric I ordered, took 3+ weeks to arrive and no customer service to correct the problem and refused to refund the missing fabric. They are thieves.

Placed the order well over a month ago and the item has not even shipped. I cant get a response by email or anything. I haven't ordered anything online that has been this much of a hassle.

I was very sceptical about buying what I can't touch and see, all the fabric I got was great, only one was not how I expected it to be, but will put to use anyway. Thank you.

Placed order and received confirmation. NO tracking ever generated. Phone number is non-working. It says there is a chat feature - there is not. Total rip off.

It arrived with no fuss exactly as advertised. The green paisley is way less green than I envisaged but that often the difficulty with internet shopping.

Ifabric was easy to order with quick on time product arrival. The velvet was extremely poor quality with more than 15% unusable due to spotting and shoddy dye work.
