Great service, delivery was quick and they changed my order, no questions asked when I realised I'd ordered the wrong amount. The material is very good quality as well. Love it and would buy from them again.
Ordered 15 yds of fabrics on 12/12. I emailed on 12/22 to ask if the fabric had been shipped. The answer was that the package was delayed by the shipping company. I received the package, with the wrong fabric, on 12/27 with a shipping date on the label of 12/22. I sent the material back and asked for a full refund. They said they issued a refund on 1/17. I still don't have my money and now I can't get a response from them. Chat is not available. The phone line is either busy or no answer. Emails are not answered.
I placed an order on 8/6/2020, I was advised that it would ship in 7-10 business days! Contacted them on 8/22 and they said my order has shipped and a sent me a fake tracking number. Contacted them again on 8/27 and on 8/28 they said my order shipped and didn't send a tracking number that time! I contacted them again and heard back on 8/32 stating my order had shipped and that the customer phone number they have, they don't answer the phone! I contacted them again on 9/5 and they got back to me on 9/7 saying my order has shipped and sent me another fake tracking number. I contacted them again and heard from them on 9/15 simply saying thanks for getting back to me and they will check into my order! I have asked for a refund numerous times with no luck! I have yet to receive my order! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and threatened the company that I am planning on contacting the attorney general in their state! All I want is my order or a refund! Beware of this company! The BBB contacted them as well and has to hear back from anyone!

I am finding that I choose my fabrics better online as I have time to sit and decide what I really want to make. Delivery is good and the fabrics are good quality.

The fabric I purchased was used for a motorcycle seat and after just 2 outings, it changed color! It was VERY expensive to have the seat done in this material, and now I may have to do it again!

There are fine grade N scale castings, but the mold is showing it's age. A lot more edge bumps and flash than the one I bought a couple of years ago.

No one replies to messages and the order never shipped after nearly a month. Is this even a real website?

I placed a $100. Plus order June 4th. I received confirmation immediately also stating I would be emailed when it shipped which by the way says within 7 days on their site. After 2 weeks I reached out via chat first which they are supposed to email you back. Several days later I tried to phone the # on their site. It transfers to an Ext that has a full voice mail. I finally emailed and received a answer back that it would ship Friday 6/18. Friday came I received a ship notice but upon checking they had created a shipping label. Then 6/21 I emailed again and received a thank you for notifying us? On 6/23 I contacted my bank to reverse the charges. Ifabric finally shipped my order 6/25 which I received 6/30 after dozens of attempt to reach them via phone, chat and email.
