Great service, delivery was quick and they changed my order, no questions asked when I realised I'd ordered the wrong amount. The material is very good quality as well. Love it and would buy from them again.
Ordered 15 yds of fabrics on 12/12. I emailed on 12/22 to ask if the fabric had been shipped. The answer was that the package was delayed by the shipping company. I received the package, with the wrong fabric, on 12/27 with a shipping date on the label of 12/22. I sent the material back and asked for a full refund. They said they issued a refund on 1/17. I still don't have my money and now I can't get a response from them. Chat is not available. The phone line is either busy or no answer. Emails are not answered.
Reasonably priced and great service! I love the variety of materials and I have found some very unique items there. Great Online Fabric shop.

ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY PACKAGE / ORDER & I CANT GET A RESPONSE TO MY 6 EMAILS... THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESNT EVEN WORK...
THIS ENTIRE WEBSITE HAS TO BE A SCAM.
THE OWNER IS CLEARLY WRITING HIS OWN REVIEWS. THIS ENTIRE "company" seems to be a scam & a half.
THEY DESERVE 0 stars. This is a fake business. This has been a the worst company I have ever tried and attempted to do business with.
I've ordered from hundreds and hundreds of businesses, allll over the world, never have I ever done business with such a joke of a company and come across the worst buying experience of all time.
Picture below proves everything. Thank god I didn't buy my normal amount, I spend when getting fabric. Decided to do a trial run first... thank god I did. Imagine if I spent $1,000 and they won't even reach back out to my 6 emails, their phone number is DISCONNECTED... this has to be a scam thete is no other explanation. Not to mention the hundreds or horrible reviews, I wish I saw all these reviews before I put in my order.
They promise 5-7 business days and i made my order in February... it's April...
It's been 2+ months this is absolutely insane.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
This has been a sick joke, no one responds and the tracking order doesn't exist. I spent several hundred dollars and can't even get a sensible response telling me where or when I'm getting my package.
