Didn't even want to give them 1 star. See photos. Bed basically snapped in half, not long after it was purchased new from ifurniture. Tried to contact ifurniture for replacement or refund. Found out, there so called great customer service. Is actually just an outsourced call center. So thier customer service people, can't actually help you. When I contact, I'm told sorry. Update tomorrow. Tomorrow been & gone a few times & my son is still without a bed. Don't waste your time or money.

Save yourself a headache and don't bother. They changed initial shipping date on us 3 times. So initially my son was without a bed for a while & now trying to get a resolution for the bed we received. That snapped in half. I keep getting told tomorrow or soon. They have no actual customer service. It's just an outsourced call center.

All of the negative reviews are for good reason. This company takes your money then does as it pleases. Don't expect timely delivery, receiving what you ordered, or even a shred of customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.

We were delivered a flawed piece of furniture.
Ifurniture has written and verbal promises that if anything is wrong, just let them know and even if you simply change your mind, goods can be returned.
Ifurniture told us no replacement was available and offered a 10% refund. Did we have a choice?
The next day their newspaper advertising showed the same product advertised for sale.
We believe they could have even ordered a replacement piece from the supplier if they wanted to. I believe this is contemptuous service showing disregard for customers
I ordered a product online and paid for it by direct credit. Moments later my order was cancelled by them. Since then nothing, despite countless emails asking for my money back if they can't supply the product. If they seem too cheap to be true, trust your instincts and shop elsewhere even if the product is more expensive. This lesson cost me $90 (and nothing to show for it) - they are scammers who hope that people will give up and not bother chasing for a refund. Next stop: Commerce Commission. By the way, this was the Auckland store/warehouse.

They delivered an incomplete bed frame - all major parts are missing as well as the instruction manual. I contacted them (live chat & phone call) and they're very useless! I haven't heard from them despite the promise of calling me asap.

Picked up items at warehouse this Monday and asked them several times if that's everything and they confirmed! Found out, legs are missing on my tv unit informed them on the same day. They said they're gonna send it via courier. I called Tuesday to follow up, they assured me I'm going to receive it bh Wednesday cause it's overnight delivery. It's now Friday, still I have received none. Called them, they asked for more time. Seriously?!
Not to mention, the instruction manual is crap! Different labels on the parts that's why it's so hard to install the bunk bed! Really ridiculous! And don't ask about customer service. There's none! Not helpful! Not replying to emails!
Bought sofa from them, day before delivery they tell us they are out of stock! They offer us $150 for floor model not good enough and terrible customer service all very arrogant would never recommend this place to anyone not even worth 1 star!
They should get 0 stars. I bought a rolling cart, the wheels are uneven, two of the pieces don't fit, it's cheap and crap material. The customer service is HORRIBLE. No one helps you in the store. They are not friendly. They send you to the warehouse to pick up your item. The warehouse is super disorganized with no direction and customers yelling at each other outside. People were cutting in line and others were waiting a very long time for their items, not worth the hassle because it's garbage anyways. Never buy from them.
I was in the shop a couple of times in the past 3 year. Purchased quite many for my own home and 2 invest properties. If you come in he weekend you will be astonished to see how busy a furniture shop can be. So buy online is a good option. Really good price and reasonable quality. My suggestion is that before you buy from Harvey Norman, Early Settler, Target, do search ifurniture, you can always find the same product selling with much lower price!
I would have given less than one star if it was available, once they have your money then are not interested in follow up services, you cannot contact a person, and the automated answer service does not let you ask any questions as to where your order is at. I purchased a mattress, which the site said was in stock, then I was told it had to come down from Auckland and would take two weeks, one month later and several enquiries and I am still waiting for a n answer as to where it is at; two weeks ago was promised it would be arriving in chch next week and the store would be in touch asap. What a joke. Will not be so keen to deal with this company again, cheaper prices should not mean no customer service.

that when they state, 'in stock' they do not mean it is in stock at all, they mean hey can get it in at some point, but don't hold your breath.

Bought 4 chairs from iFurniture last Sunday, this was my first purchase and will be my last there. The product is of poor quality, but what makes it worse is their terrible customer service (from Su and Raj)! If you don't want trouble, stay away from them!
I purchased a sofa set paying a huge amount and after assembling it was ok. During the Christmas party when two visitors sat on it, the sofa fell apart. It was really embarrassing. The sofa set is not steady at all. Only one person can sit at a time if two people sit, it eventually fall down. Nothing could be done so we have to trash it. Waste of money. Never buy from them.

First attempt at the store with my partner, we were looking for full house furniture and there was no one to help, when we finally got hold of someone to help they had no idea how to proceed with our finance application and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come help but of course by that time our patience had ran out so we left. Second attempt we called hoping to get some info on delivery schedule and the lady on the phone was just so rude. Either people working there just don't care about clients or management is slacking off.
We bought quite a bit of furniture for our new home we built. The service provided by Jet was fantastic. Even when we chose to return items the follow up and refund was dealt with efficiently. Good work Jet
I received very good service from Jet today. Boxing Day extended sales and in spite of being busy, he is very cheerful helpful and polite serving me and other customers checking stock from computer, even walking from one end of store to the other end to show us the particular piece we are looking for.
I've just spent many hours over 2 days with the team at the Onehunga showroom. The whole team in fact from warehouse to delivery have been so friendly and helpful. Hugh and Jack were very patient and even offered suggestions for matching pieces as well as helping me make better choices! Best of all, my items are very good quality and my house looks lovely. If you want furniture go in to a furniture store. This company is bad news. 1st they didn't understand that I wasn't happy with the purchase. It took 2days for them to figure out I wanted to return the lounge suite and that's only because I kept calling, emailing and live chatting them.It cost me so much to return but the hassle of trying to sell it on-line was too much for me. They ripped me off $1000 with transport fees and I am hoping I will get a refund for the actual furniture. Only one item had been unpacked but the way this company works. I probably will end up going to fair-go.

Phoned IFurniture to order two pieces or furniture because we wanted to make sure we could pick up in Hamilton, staff member almost impossible to understand due to heavy accent, the person did not do what they said they would even though I chased it up while the special was still advertised... I finally get an answer and the prices had gone way up, I was told special over, I said I had contacted them way before and was so annoyed I threatened them with the fair trading act... these people are unscrupulous, liars and game players and not worth dealing with
The most horrid customer service experience I've ever gone through.
Purchased a mirror online. It arrived broken. No big deal, it happens. Queue three weeks of almost daily emails, phone calls & online chat sessions just to arrange a return. Time after time I was promised pick up by courier to return the item; no show after no show. They are completely & utterly incompetent. Ohh & to make it worse, they use Fastways/Aramek for delivery; the worst courier service in the country.
Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else if ordering online.
This company does not check products before freighting them. Had they done so they would have discovered the Luban bar stools I bought where of very poor quality with one of the four unusable with a split right through the wood. They all have very rough finishing on the wooden seats and paint chipped off the frames. This will continue to chip off as they are used.
It took many emails to finally be refunded a miserly $100 off the total cost including freight.
The delay in unpacking the stools due to the delay in my new kitchen being being completed seemed to provide ifurniture with an excuse. I now have four bar stools that are snagging clothes and skin and flakes of paint on the floor!
No doubt ifurniture will respond with the usual rubbish.

I went to ifurnature to buy one or maximum two items I saw on the web site but it ended up buying happily 6 items. The main driver was an excellent sales person there, Amit. He was very smart listening carefully to our needs and patiently showing us all the available options for our needs even more advising us on the best fit from all different options he showed us we are confused or cant take decision.
For sure, when I need additional furniture I will go to ifurnature again looking for Amit support.

I wanted to buy a couch. No one ever got back to me with a delivery fee estimate. Live chat is offshore and can't help. No one picks up the phone. Been five days just bought a couch somewhere else, oh well.
I wouldn't buy something from a place that is impossible to contact anyway.
Bought a 100% genuine leather sofa set from their waitangi sale, only cost us 2500 dollar, which is incrediable. The sofa are so lovely! Even can not move my eyes from it now. This is a fantasitic shopping experience.
