I bought a Smartphone during an offer period from this site and in general this site is very good.The only thing that i recommend to add the English language on the site together with Spanish because this is not a spanish company but based in Hong Kong. Also the tracking number with my order wasn't trackable after leaving China.And it didn't came as "Signed For".
Pay ONLY with paypal guys in any chinese site!

Several years I subscribed to this website, having purchased different products.
In all cases, the product has been received properly packaged and time as well as the particulars of the web were exactly the product received.

They are presenting prices in Euro but whey do not accept payments in Euro, finally they present you a bill in USD dollars according to their own, FRAUD exchange rate. I tried to buy a smartphone for 118.51 euro. They asked me to pay 135 USD dollars since their exchange rate is 1 euro = 0.88 USD while official Central European bank exchange rate is 1 euro = 0.96 USD
When trying to use some coupon the original price is increased by 50-60% and the coupon is applied to this price so with the coupon it becomes much expensive than without it.
Conclusion: Be aware from these fraud site. Do not let them cheat you and do not wast your time as I wasted.

I ordered 2 tablets with insurance for128€. The shipment is lost. Mails to Igogo.es will not be answered. Over PayPal I have got the Tracking number from Globalegrow (Igogo.es is only a Letterbox) and find that the Parcel is in Germany. Thats it for Globalegrow. If the schipment reached your country they think they have delivered to you.

I bought products for more than 1.000€ and I have to say that I am quite pleased. Most of those products are good quality at cheap prices, wich was quite surprinsing for me. Beside that, the problems I had with some products, they answered super quickly and gave me solutions. So I'm very pleased.

I made order at igogo.es. I ordered smartphone
Bluboo Picasso (order number IS**************). I bought it with flash, the price was very low. I wrote a ticket and asked mail service I like. The phone was send very fast, track number I received on my e-mail, where also was packaged photo. The parcel came very fast, 16 days and I get it from post office.
At home I open the box. The phone is great, its heavy, very fast and have a large battery in it. I am very satisfied.

This is not the first time that I buy at Igogo.com. For me its a great location for buying. I make the order and in less than 2 weeks I have it at home, with the perfect tracking number that I can follow on www.17track.net and on my delivery agency www.correos.es.

I have one one problem with and order and they accessed to cancel it withou any problem.

Iam from Portugal and usually had to pay tax for itens that came from china. Now I can order any item from igogo and the delivery routes thru Spain with tax free.
My latest purchase was IS************** on the 24/09/2016 08:43:25 AM.

I have being buying here for almost one year and during this time I have bought quite a few items. I must say that in all this time I haven't had any problems, the parcels have always arrived in time, about 10 days delivery to Spain on average (which is very good compared with other internet shops) and all the items I ordered have reached my expectations, so I must say I am very happy for having found this shop and I am going to continue buying here and making business with them.
I only can say, I completelly recomend them.

Be aware from IGOGO.ES! They mark some items with "Hong Kong home" sticker to inform the item is shipped from china or HK. So the items WITHOUT these stickers should be shipped from Euro area... Not at all! The ship EVERYTHING from China. In few words they are "dropshipper": only web site and NO goods storing. In this way anyone can capable of this business!
So, you think to buy from SPAIN and you receive your good after a lot ot days with custom duties and taxes to pay for import!
This is almost a fraud for European customers.

Good prices on some products shipping is free and takes very good price as 10 days or less to receive it, and never had any problems that come anything wrong, I like it.

I have only good expiriences with this company, but dont think it is in spain, the goods are mostly shipped from Hongkong. But it is normal time between 9 days and 3 weeks (this depends the delivery company and your Customs)! Everything is fine, fast payment like paypal is possible and hte qulity is like the factory produce it for. It is like a normal warehouse. I made my orders and everything works very well111

I bought on IGOGO several times (phones, router, tablet). My last purchase was phone VKWorld T5 SE (order IS**************). Phone came to me in 2,5 week, securely packed and the most important thing with very good price (I bought it on anniversary promotion for less than 20 EUR).
The second thing is their customer service. It's very helpful and fast (response within 24 hour).
Additionally they have very good loyalty program. For every purchase you get IG Points and your next purchase ould be cheaper.

Site is drop shipper; while they have. Es domain they are based out of China. Hence bad spanish translations. They lure you in with low price, but will not ship product to you. Avoid at all costs.

I just experienced the same as the last poster who thought their order was coming from Spain or inside Europe. I live in Italy and only buy from inside Europe. Now I will have to pay 22% IVA tax on this item when it arrives. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IGOGO.ES if you think they are located in Spain.

I am sorry, i was wrong about igogo, they sent me grade c smartwatch, not working and no solution, i deleted all my business accounts, igogo, paypal, i donºt work for free. I lost my money and igogo a good costumer.
