II have already bought a lot of things in this website and I am very happy with it. All items arrived in perfect conditions and sooner than expected. Also the support service is quite good, if you have any doubt you can send a message and it will be responded in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended!
I am very disappointed with this website. The item never arrived, I was given excuses constantly changing delivery time limits provided (first give a deadline, then expand, then become lower). Even after confirming that the item was lost they tried to coerce me saying that I would not return the money if did not withdraw the claim PayPal. PayPal ultimately I was right and I returned the money. Shameful behavior Igogo not recommend it at all.
Ordered a Cubot Note S and phone is very good quality for the price.
Will definitely order again from the shop.

The points promised for reviews will never be credited to your account plus they ask customers to write positive reviews against rewards.
They used to be one of the bests but have left their web site die. Now they have incredibly high prices. They don't even respect they own rules anymore for example I've written some reviews and according to their review rules I should have received 1000 points (a 20$ voucher) but they refuse to give me my right.
Nothing to says, i've bauht 2 mask for my kids for halloween. Shipping fast, cheapper prices, atention very excelent.

Wonderfull site to get items at low price and excellent quality I has bought many items and I am very please with the service.
They say it is better, or at least safer, to buy in traditional stores and discounts, however, I like shopping online. You cannot touch a product, but at least you can see it, and if the shipment is what you asked for, that is it.
The purchase of electronic goods like tablets, mobiles is more difficult, because the goods are not cheap ones and one does not buy "a cell" once a week. Furhermore, we(buyers) want to assure oneselves that a purchase is as good as safe and a place when we buy is trustworthy, it is as natural as logical.
Once we start buying(online), and the experience is good, it is like a ball rollling, we act on impulse, we buy comfortably, we are happy with it, and we get accustomed to new normalcy(the products are as they should be, no defects, no frauds).
And here is the point.
I have purchased electronic goods in IGOGO.ES and I can not say anything bad about them. Good and economic products(made in China).
Then I see negative comments,(and they are generally about slow shipment or a lack of product in stock), and I know that the things are not put in the right perspective.
If the dissatisfied reach 1% of all clients(which I doubt they even do), it is still one percent.
What about 99% of the clients, who are not dissatissfied? YES, THEY ARE CONTENT, but they keep silent, they bought what they wanted and do not bother.
