RIP OFF DO NOT BUY.

This website is fast and accurate for the most part. However, I bought an account for League of Legends and after receiving the account I was in a discord playing on the account. Very big well known discord. I was approached by someone who recognized my name being the same name as the account I bought and they said that the owner is taking the account back.
I messaged the seller after being unable to log in as the password had changed and i got very little replies and I am unable to contact that seller again after requesting a refund. I also am unable to live chat is it redirects me back to the seller who which is not responding and I am no longer able to message.
My conclusion is that site will sell you accounts then take them back if they want them and refuse to refund you. Rip off and I do not recommend it.

Stay away from this site if you have a big account. I have bought from them 6 times and 5 out of the 6 where great! The sixth time they sold my whole entire team! My team was worth 10,000,000 coins. I bought 3,000,000 and they did give me the coins but sold my whole team! They took about 4 days to transfer the coins which I thought was suspicion kept trying to talk to them and asking them what happen to my players and they kept Ignoring my question. I told them to put my players back and they continue to ignore me. Saying they need to "talk to the Manager". I used the coins they gave me to buy some of of players they stole from me and soon after they went into my account and took the players back. So they basically sold or transferred my big players which was about 10,000,000 coins worth of players and then went into my account and took there players or money back and refund me my money. So I lost about $1000 US Dollars in just three days. So be very carefull when you buy from them!

Thare is a lot of complain about the seller that he is scamming the people.the site thare are supporting scammer. Still his is in the site scammeng others
After one week from buying the account he ask epic games support to restore the account. Now i lost my account and money.

Bought Overwatch account 9/5/19 was stolen back 9/7/19. Changed password on account and changed the security question, even used an authenticator but the email was Chinese so couldn't change the password. They had access to everything and stole it back in 2 days. Customer service didn't provide any help

Bought 1M Fifa points, after waiting 3 weeks when it says 3 days they delivered 500k, then when I asked for the rest of the money they said they can't do it because it's been closed even though they only delivered half?
Emailed since and say there's nothing to do I've been scammed out of £85 please do not use.

This site is only about scamming people, there is no real support that will help you, they will never refund you any money, and the accounts are getting banned because they use stolen credit cards, and also they dont care about any custommers

Website is full of scammers, you buy something and they steal it back after the warranty time expires. IGV doens't help you solving the problem. Trust me, don't but anything from IGVault.com if you dont want to lose your money. Website is full of scammers!

Bought loads of coins from them no ban no hassle there within 30 mins max very quick and efficient also if you ask nicely sometimes they give you discount on the live chat support.

Even 1 star is too much.
IGVault has a 7 days guarantee for the account. After exactly 8 days the owner withdraws the account. The support only ignores you then.

The same happened with 2 accounts, I now hope on PayPal that I get the money back.

I bought an overwatch account just a few days ago and turns out the seller changed the password when I bought it! I contacted customer support and they said they would try to remove the 2nd password you get when you log in. It didn't work so i applied for a refund and they said and i quote " do not worry we will CONSIDER to refund you or give you a new account." Seriously? Always check reviews first or you'll get scammed like me.

Absolute scam.
To be honest, one of the most shady companies I have dealt with.
Ordered in-game currency, for 1 hour delivery. Delivery never materialized. Contacted the seller multiple times, no reply. Contacted their customer service, got brushed off, telling me seller will respond sometime in the future, and not willing to help with refund. Waited another day, still nothing. Contacted Customer Service again, letting them know that there is still no response or delivery. Opened dispute on PayPal.
Customer Service told me they will not deliver or refund unless I close the dispute! So essentially, they want me to deprive myself of any payment protection, and trust them to deliver or refund after all the treatment they have put me through. Funny thing is, a refund would close the dispute on PayPal, but they won't do that... So here we are... A company that does not deliver or refund the orders, and blackmail you in order to even have a chance to get your money back.

This service is an absolute joke.
Steer clear. There are plenty of more reliable and more honest sites out there.

I ordered 500k fut21 coins and they delivered in time but 24 hours later my entire Team worth over a Million was stolen. They dont give a $#*! for customer... they are only gamblers. Stay away from them. The Service Support is a Joke, the only thing that they can say is the guarentee time is over.

I made a 65€ purchase yesterday (réf: GLD**************) which was never delivered to me.
The seller tried to scam me with a "you have to pay again because you have been debited twice" and almost made me paid another 130€ on top of the 65€.

Moreover, I tried to contact the live support, they said "we won't do anything, it's your fault that you have been scammed by one of OUR sellers, we won't do a refund so f*** off"

I highly discourage anyone from buying there, don't expect anything from your "3 days guarantee" which is just a concept apparently

At first I thought this was a great safe site to purchase from. BIG MISTAKE! As soon as I checked my statements it very clearly showed they had charged me twice, one exactly after the other. After spending a week dealing with the horrible customer service team a "manager" got back to me saying "we only charged you once" despite sending evidence from my bank proving they charged me twice. I purchased gold from this site, the first time I bought 400 gold from a seller named "Angela" I received my gold. The second time I purchased gold and the seller was named "wow-gold" I never received my gold and they won't refund my money. DO NOT buy from this website they are scammers and liars.

I bought a GTA 5 account with online. They sent me email pretty fast and i was happy. I started downloading. When i launched it, it worked perfectly. Then i wanted to launch online. I realized that my account was banned from social club and from online. When i wanted refund it, i went to website and this happend. I messaged them asking for refund. THEY BANNED MY IP Immidiatelly. I am angry now.

I got an account for 75$ which I had trouble logging into, after contacting the seller and waiting 2 days I finally got into account which had what I paid for, I then spent 220$ on a rare account and signed into it and it had 0 skins 0 emotes, so basically paid 220$ for a brand new fortnite account. I contacted the seller and ig vault themselves and sent them screenshots that the account had absolutely nothing on it and the sent me an email 3 days later that the account has no problems and did absolutely nothing. Bunch of scammers. And there customer service is dog$#*!.

I bought 500k (100). I just had 50k... after the purchase. I enter in fut and. Surprise. 0 credits and a warning message from ea. I try to contact the live chat but they only say..."your order is complete"... yeah is complete to take the money and maybe my 50k credits...

False advertising in the delivery times and when, you try to find out the problem you get told to wait 48 hours even though you pay a little extra for the 1 hour delivery time which is false advertising STAY FAR AWAY also customer service is terrible as they have no authority over the sellers even though its their website

Although there were some minor issues during the purchasing process, the customer service helped me resolve them smoothly. In conclusion, I can still recommend it.
