Bought a product that stated delivery for 5min - 6h. They then tell me that it will take a couple days so i ask for a refund. They told me that they accept and it will take 2 - 3 days for the refund. About 2 days later, the product arrives in my game, and they refuse to give me a refund. Despite me copy and pasting their TERMS AND SERVICE on refunds. Which they said no.

Legally and moraly this is the worst place to get anything from. Very dodgy.

I made purchase using USDT payment method, and the transaction was completed and confirmed within the time range they give to proceed with the payment. The order ended up being "canceled" even after I've completed the payment to the USDT address provided. I've communicated with igvault for several days, i was informed that the manager was on vacation and they would get back to me within 2-3 days. It's been more than 1 week and no news... they even said that they would return the USDT and asked my address, after providing my address i didn't get any news for 2 days and i'm still waiting.

How are you guys giving out 5 stars like that? Ive been waiting over 12 Hours, with minimal support for an item that allegedly has INSTANT DELIVERY and IN STOCK
Theyre also not refunding me whatsoever, telling me to "have patience your code will come first"

I Dont know if im the only one, but giving out 5 stars here and there seems suspicious.

Especially for an item that is in stock with alleged instant delivery too.

Promised in 30 mins, 2nd day and nothing. No response from seller or customer support at IGVault. Messaging in app doesn't get response either. I'm out of pocket.

I used this site twice, both times the service was impeccable and i received my fifa 16 coins very quickly. However, after the second time, coins miraculously disappeared from my account and did so for days after. Igvault used my credentials and transferred back about 200k coins (that i hadn't spent yet) and did so again the next day with whatever was left. I'm very disappointed, particularly by the fact the youtubers like JMX recommend this site but it turns out to be a scam - I haven't checked but hopefully they haven't started to use my credit car details yet, but i wouldn't count on it!

Bought a blizzard account, changed email, password and secret question. After a week someone claims back the account. Unable to login since. Reached out to IGVault support, their are not issuing a refund or a remplacement.

Their claiming that there is no evidence that the original owner took back the account. I personnally don't care who stole the account from me. I paid 25 euro and only got to use it for 6 days.

So basically it's a scam, they are selling accounts but have no way to garantuee that the owner won't claim it back. I don't even know how he did considering the fact that I changed all the personnal information.

Bottom line is, avoid this website. I got scammed, lost 25 euro. Don't do the same mistake.

Never use it for FIFA coins, they're scammers and it's not safe. I used it once was short on coins and wanted to catch up an SBC before it ends and my FUT club was deleted, with high rated squad, with players worth millions of coins, and they offered to give me 30K back!

If you want to protect your account never use their service.

A complete scam. I bought a subscription for 6 months, with 7 days warranty from the seller. At the end of the 7th day, the seller changed the password so that I could not use the subscritption and IGV says that the warranty is over, the seller did not even read my messages. All messages between me and IGV are available...

They did not even allow me to rate the seller!

Complete and utter scam. Go on there and pay your money but you're not getting anything for it! They'll just hack your account and not give you any coins or a refund. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID

Spent over $150, got nothing but total garbage. I bought a CoC (clash of clans) account and when i logged on, i was greeted with the welcome message and a townhall 1 account. (supposed to be townhall 12). When i asked for a refund 30 minutes later, they REFUSED and stole my $150. The site is full of little kids that jizz their pants when they scam someone, they literally dont have a job and all they do is scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I've been fodded off all day from 3 o clock ure website wasn't allowing me to log in on my normal acc so I tried another and it didn't work it wanted me to sign up so I did with a random email not even real pressed save password purchased coins contact email? I put my real email and then I used the same bank card as I did yesterday today I spoke to fiona who didn't really help as she contacted the seller forwarded the bank card I used to do buy the coins then she said she sent them the seller if there correct they will email me had no email so went back in then she wanted pictures of transaction which I provived yet now I have to wait for a manger if u was any kind of legit sight u would see u have been sent money and not complete the coins so how isn't that showing u did I just send u 6 quid to keep? I bought an account on here a couple months back, and everything went smoothly for a bit, but after a couple months the seller took the account back. Now, if this sh1t wasn't already p1ssing me off, I contacted their support, who gave me the bullsh1t answer "Oh we can't help, warranty is over", and just being d1cks siding with the seller. I eventually hassled them enough and got to their manager, who took over TWO WEEKS to see my email, and he pretty much said the same thing as support. I bought a valorant account to be able to play with my friends. After 1month ish someone kept getting into it even if I changed password. I contacted support etc and they told me they would contact him and that he would get banned. 3 days went by, he kept playing on it, deranking it, afking on it etc. I reached out again and they told me they would urge him to respond to me. Even if they told me at the start they would bann if him if he didnt stop playing on it. And they take 0 responsibility since the 7 days have passed, which they mention in every message they send. There were also reviews on this seller that this has happend to plenty and yet he has over 30 accounts for sale, so they do not care about scammers, its probably one of themselves who is doing this. Third world country ppl just amaze me.

Ordered 3 million coins, it tells me that it got delivered and i didnt recieve nth from them, i waited 5 days now, they actually told me their manager is in weekend so i waited after the weekend for the coins and then after that i did not got anything, i literally contacted their support more than a hundred time they same the same thing over and over again. I never recommend anyone to use it. Absolute scam website. Im actually talking to the support site, they are telling me to wait and thats it. Bet by the end of the day they will tell me to wait till twm. Screw this website lost alot of money for this

! I bought a Valorant account for $40 and was sent an account on which the game hadn't even been played. I'm trying to get my money back but so far to no avail!

Got the account right away with full access to the email. Every Item was there like in the shown pictures Was able to change things and enable 2FA. Now lets hope it stays

Many People are saying Igvault is safe. And partially it is true, because if you just buy money for your game or other little stuff it is ok.
I bought a Account and after just 1 month i cant log in to my Account my Email was not longer registred and the support gives a **** about my problem, cause out of guarantee.
Funny thing is that i just got hacked shortly after gurantee:)
Support cant write or speak english or german.
So Guys please dont buy anthing from there.

Was told it would be a 6 hour wait. I waited 6 days all up. Still didn't receive the product and was always told to keep waiting for someone to help me. Scamming dogs, don't use them!

I brought a LOL account on this website, and the seller take the account back.
No customer service to help you with that, helpless and hopeless. Waste money.
