Got gold one weekend, decent transaction. It wasn't stupid fast both times; one was fast and the other fairly slow (over 4 hours). However, one week after that, the CC info had been sold and there was an all-night transaction on the card for an AC unit out of France for $2100+. Coincidence? Not quite. It's a theft ring...

I thought I might snuff out all of you illiterate $#*!s with a bit of factual information. IGXE has provided me with a very large sum of game currency over the years; however, the problem arises when I purchase something other than game currency. The first time I purchased a power leveling, problems quickly arose with the timing and delivery guarantee. The leveling didn't actually start until 3 days after the order was "estimated" to be completed. Now, I have ordered another power leveling order (after many successful currency orders), and once again, it has been 3 days with no movement on the order. I messaged through chat, emailed, and even called to try to get a refund, but nothing is heard. It seems as if they are just ignoring me completely now. My advice is, if you are ordering currency, use IGXE, but if you are wanting power leveling, go somewhere else. This website is definitely a scam.

STAY AWAY! HUGE SCAM! I ordered from them several days ago, they told me they were out of stock and will contact me when they have my order. I have e-mailed them many times, talked to their terrible customer service several times. I've gotten the same run around story and I doubt I will ever get my purchase! They are based out of China and will try to deceive will false names and products. DO NOT give them your credit card, e-mail or any personal information! Do not believe their fake reviews and false website. Shop else where!

Wish I had read the reviews before I used them. Total scam, they just say they delivered your item and then don't and refuse to respond. I'll have to go through my credit card company to stop the payment.

Got a great response the first time and after that. Forget it. You will not get anything out these guys. I have tried to get a refund and nothing. Having to do a Paypal refund. Go with u7buy.com never had a problem.

I purchased Madden15 coins with my son. We paid through PayPal. After the order, IGXE asked for a copy of our photo identification, which we provided. We then learned through the monitoring services to which we subscribe that IGXE placed our identity data on a site for sale of such data to identity thieves. Also, we have never received the coins as of yet, and their customer service representatives will not communicate at all. This is not only a scam in terms of taking money from people, but it is a dangerous site. Beware. Avoid.

They will process one order. Then if you place a second they will try and get personal information. I have screen shots of them asking of a photo of my credit card.

Currently in the dispute stage with paypal. They are simply a phishing site, they first get your money then demand to see Photo ID's, Photo of your credit card, Photo of you holding the card's. When I refused to provide these, "sorry" was the response. Do not give them any money,

Very unlegit and amateur service business. Can't keep word on delivering goods, can't keep word on giving refunds. I had to EXPLAIN to their staff how to do THEIR job!? Seriously!? After failed promises after failed promises, 6+ hours of LiveChat support and absolutely no progress made or delivery given... don't be an idiot like me... hit the back button, and purchase your product from a different merchant. Only rated it 1 star because the system will not let you make a negative 3 stars.

They are selling illegal goods ( they do not have the owner's approval to sell virtual items, so once you buy from them you will have them removed or worse, your existing account will be suspended).

Once you contacted them also your email will be spammed forever. Obviously as it is the case with such filth, the unsubscribe option does not work, and nobody will ever reply to your emails unless you buy something.

Bought some EC for STO, and after the transaction was complete, the guy messaged me and said he accidentally gave me double. I looked, and, no, the amount he gave me was the correct amount that I purchased. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common thing they do: they do they trade, tell you something's wrong and ask for it back, and see if you're gullible enough to fall for it. What a bunch of scumbags. Gave them two stars instead of one only because I got what I paid for...

I came across a review about IGXE that stated that they ask too much personal information. I want to make a request to those people who spread false details like this. This platform asks the minimal details just like any other website would do if they are involved in the virtual money transfer. Anyhow, this does not matter as the information that you give is secure here. As a regular user of this platform, I know that they are accredited and certified by Trustwave and GEOTrust. Anything that we provide here is absolutely safe.

Lol i harass this company through chat every hour waiting for my gold, so far i recieved a third of my purchase, still waiting for it all. It got to the point to where they get pushy with me, all i want is my dam gold. I did once buy a cd key and got it within an hour, but selling gold isn't there cup of tea

Purchased some wow gold, and it was taken back by game support saying it was stolen. Their site claims it is all 100% legit farmed by their own people and none comes from cheats, hacks, etc. After talking to them, I was basically told they wouldn't help me because they finished the delivery and I got it stolen from me.

Avoid these scammers! I tried to buy a $50 ukash voucher - payment from my debit card processed fine, they then telephoned me to confirm details. And then for some reason needed me to to photograph my passport and drivers licence. I obviously told them where to go and cancel my order. Still waiting for refund.

Really need to say THANKS for igxe.com! I purchased 3000k FIFA15 Coins on Xbox one. And i got an email said cannot find my player so i go to Live Chat asking help. The customer service Rep. Eva just do me a big favor for this issue, and i update a new players then got my coins immediately! BTW, igxe have covered the 5% tax, thanks!

Paid through Paypal, this site does sent bought item, they claim "for your protection" then ask me to upload my photo, ID, credit card, Paypal information etc. I refused. They stall and did not refund. I had to claim through Paypal.

I have recently bought Tera Gold- 2000 and I'm very happy with IGXE. I know some reviews are paid but not mine, and I have to say that it was extremely fast, in 5 hours I got my gold. I recommend this page. I think I will buy from there again.

I wish I could give them less than a star. This is the worst online delivery service I have ever dealt with. They did not give me my item. They email you saying it will be arriving to you shortly or within 24 hours. They have prewritten emails that they just send out to their customers. I even got the wrong prewritten one. Now I have to go through pay pals claims to get a refund because they refuse to give it to me or even respond to my emails. Avoid this garage scamming site!

About 2 months ago I bought a game key for elder scroils online and yesterday I get an email saying it was. A fraud and my axcount is getting deactivated. Dont buy from this website, they are NOT legit.

Signed up in good faith, noticed the reviews late but figured what the hey. Was informed they had no stock and it will be another hour, one after the other and so on. Got impatient, told them want review and again more promises "1x more hour" (not sure why they are buying time like this).

At the time of writing they have 58mins to comply or its a dispute via paypal.

In the end, i found lootdude.com was able to deliver and was upfront about their stock sizing. For me thats all i really care about "Can you deliver, and when? Answer two questions honest you get my business. Screw around...
