First of all, how to you take PAYMENT for merchandise that hasn't even been MADE/SEWED/DESIGNED? Like the outfit is non-existent. While also charging a SHIPPING FEE? I ordered a dress, that was available when I placed the order so I also paid for fast shipping, only to call them 3-4days later to inquire on why I hadn't received a tracking number for my package, and the lady tells me the dress was a "Pre-Order " an it would be another 2-3weeks before I would receive anything… Ummm I don't understand because it said size available when I placed my order SMH! Soo yeah the dress had to be sewn & out together they have NO PRODUCT! So if it was a pre-ordered why was I offered a faster shipping fee option for a dress that hadn't even been MADE, and was gonna take 3weeks to make? Never again! I don't even know how long it took to get to me in Texas, I stopped looking for the package, an when it did arrive I gave it away I wasn't even excited about having the dress anymore. Like Blahhh. Never order from the people they do not have any of these outfits together & ready. SMH From 3/21 received 4/07 but I paid for 3DAY shipping. An I only ordered because it said the dress was available an it was not!
