I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. All of which, Mishanna showed me with ease and expertise. I would hire her without hesitation. I look forward to building a relationship with her and iHire.
I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.

We didn't receive one good resume. This is a tough position to fill but all Nurse Practitioners seem to work out of state or want telemed.

The site peaks your interest then wants you to sign up for their premium service. People out of work need to find a job not pay to find one.

You need to be able to put a shutoff date on your postings. The automatic renewal doesn't work for me.

Only way I can access job descriptions is if I sign up and pay money on a monthly basis. That is not the case with other job sites.
