I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. For example, an applicant with experience and skills relating to Patient Coordinator positions may still apply for a position posted on iHireDental even if they have no direct dental experience unless the job ad itself mentions that as a requirement.
