I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. All of which, Mishanna showed me with ease and expertise. I would hire her without hesitation. I look forward to building a relationship with her and iHire.
I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.
Why should I have to pay to look for a job, I'm looking for a job to make money. You expect people to pay to view the job as well as apply for a job.

I was able to locate a great candidate for healthcare administration, but did not get any interest from dental experienced candidates.
Hi, Laura. Thank you for your feedback. One suggestion that may help is to ensure you've encluded dental experience as a required qualification for a given role. For example, an applicant with experience and skills relating to Patient Coordinator positions may still apply for a position posted on iHireDental even if they have no direct dental experience unless the job ad itself mentions that as a requirement. I have gotten som edecent Doctor resumes, and even hired one, so satisfied with the Doctor Ad, but, not the Radiologic Tech Ad, which has yielded useless results.
