I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. All of which, Mishanna showed me with ease and expertise. I would hire her without hesitation. I look forward to building a relationship with her and iHire.
I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.
I have been looking for a job for several months. I thought what the heck I'll try the premium for an couple of months and see what happens. I received 3 emails from different companies about a position within the first two weeks I was on premium. By the end of the month I was offered a job. Well worth the money.
I absolutely loved the jobs I was finding on iHire. I actually have a phone interview tomorrow, so I'm hoping this all works out. I would have stayed but I just feel the $35/mo charge is a little high.

I loved using iHire. The staff is extremely helpful, especially since I consider myself to be a bit "high maintenance." They were patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I also loved the system. It took me a couple of tries to create the exact search I wanted, but once I got the hang of it, I had a number of resumes to review and we ultimately hired from the iHireInsurance candidate pool.

I had 2 separate opportunities that were sent to me by ihire and was offered both positions. I took the one that was best for me. I tried LinkedIn and indeed, neither worked for me. I signed up with ihire and started my new job 3 days ago. Thank you for connecting me with a job that matches me.

Although we found a candidate to hire for this position, the cost was high and the pool of candidates limited. Too many extra costs associated with reviewing available resumes making the cost of this service high for a small, struggling company.

Hi there,
I gave iHire a try since I was told that you have a vast pool of clinicians that you target. I am recruiting for licensed clinical social workers and physicians. If you look at the first several candidates I received, they not even in the health field! I recommend that your systems gets deal breaker prescreening questions so employers can only received qualified people at least based on their answers. I did hire a much needed therapist in WDC so I was please that the result I needed in WDC happened. It felt lucky however given the rest of the applicant pool who were not even therapists. My feelings are mixed about the reliability of the results your search service can produce. Amanda has been amazing however and really helped me get my ads and company page set up so at least I knew I was doing the best I could on my end.

A key benefit of i-hire membership is receiving more targeted job notifications. I received fewer emails and leads but they were more tailored to my needs. I received a job offer for a position that I found and applied to through i-hire. If I need to look for another job in the future, I will re-subscribe.

I posted 3 jobs for warehouse positions. Only one applicant actually lives in the US and doesn't even have the appropriate qualifications. I feel as though I have been taken.

We are currently using Zip Recruiter, Indeed and iHire. Of the three services, ihire produces the very fewest candidates and even more importantly the least number of qualified candidates. I have spoke to an iHire representative and they were not very helpful. We are very disappointed in their service.
I find that there is extensive resource of positions and of all I find it hard to rate due to the fact I've only applied for one position and haven't heard anything and you want a rating immediately so in time I'll know

It's very frustrating that when a job comes up several as in other jobs pop up and then you have to go through all kinds of hoops just to get back to where you were trying to apply for a job. Very very frustrating.

I was told that iHire was " not the same as Indeed because you actually get resumes pertain to what you are looking for." I received far less applicants than I was told I would receive and maybe 1 out of 10 matched what I was looking for. I would not use iHire again.

We have had very good service with reps right there to assist and support our effort. This is very much appreciated. Our inability to hire a dental hygienist is putting our office into a tailspin, however, so we continue to fight the good fight until we find the right person.

Finally able to get some good candidates where INDEED was not producing any results! Once we refined the skill set and added some brand info, we started to get some good applicants. Will continue to use in the future!

I'm conducting a job search and I found what I thought was a great match and clicked through to one of the ihire family of websites. When I tried to apply for the job I found out that I would have to pay for a membership in order to do so. Am I glad I checked for complaints on the business before giving my credit card info. There were many complaints of inproper charges.
I elected to try to contact the hiring company directly, which I was able to do. On the third call I reached, Wanda, the person who does the hiring company's job posting. Not only had she never posted on an ihire site, the posting was over a month old and had already been filled.
My recommendation to job searchers: be wary of ihire and paying for their services.
Very Positive. This platform allows for a quick review of applicants and the ability to stay in contact as well as continue searching. We were able to secure our Executive Chef Position in California with a Chef from Oregon.

We receive daily resumes. Most of them did not fit our bill. However we did receive a fantastic resume and were able to hire the candidate. It took a little time, however, we saved about $40.000 over using a tradtional employment agency.
