I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. All of which, Mishanna showed me with ease and expertise. I would hire her without hesitation. I look forward to building a relationship with her and iHire.
I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.

Glancing at your job posting, I think we can really help you. Job post optimization is key here. As you know, in a job seeker's economy, candidates have a lot of opportunities to choose from when deciding where to apply. You can make your job postings more appealing by including:
-Job function specifics (especially where their flavor is unique to your establishment)
-Company/workplace culture information
-Benefits, salary info, and perks of the position
-Information about your business, mission, and values (specifics about what makes your cuisine different and great can help to attract excellent chefs)
On any platform, job posts that include the above information will see more qualified candidates apply.
