I hired a very difficult position through ihire software program. The site is very user friendly, easy to navigate through. The support team was very helpful when I needed their assistance. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend for anyone who is struggling with hiring professionals.

I was tricked by your misleading SEO into subscribing. I thought I was clicking on Indeed. Halfway through the process I realized I was on a different site and decided "what the heck?" In the 3 days since, I only received one referral who lives 3 hours away. The other services have generated over 100 resumes. I have filled the position and I would like to end the subscription. A refund would be nice, but if not I will have to warn other employers about making the same mistake I made.

I created a new account and called to attain more information regarding services offered by iHire. Lisa was knowledgeable and concise with answering my questions. She provided pricing, data and options regarding the type of candidates we would like to attract. Additionally, she provided insight regarding the quality over quantity candidate pool! This experience was a 10 out of 10!

I have had a great experience thus far with iHire. I first did a Zoom meeting with Jon, who was so helpful and thorough in explaining how iHire worked. The next day we signed on and got started. It was very easy to post a job. We are excited to keep using iHire and can't wait to utilize its benefits.

This site makes not sense what so ever. Why would I pay $1-$25 just review the job? The fact there are quite a few free sites made me cancel my membership. As soon as they said pay a dollar, I cancelled. There is no way. I have been using free sites since they were created and I am not about to start paying for them or any other site. In order for me to pay for a site like this, the job posting has to be up to date, a lot of jobs to choose from, and strong possibilities of employment. Ihire has none of this.

After years of tweaking my industry specific resume, it was very exciting to see the GREAT response to the review of my Quality Control Manager resume.

Even with this boost in my confidence. There were still several areas that needed improvement.

Signing up with iHire has helped my job search by streamlining suggestions specific to my line of work. The opportunities that are shared on this site are often not found elsewhere; the specificity and variety of positions and organizations is also impressive. IHire has made it easier to focus in on the best jobs to apply for, rather than having to filter through page after page of non-relevant postings like those that are found on other sites. I am grateful for the quality and depth of the listings on this site.

After posting our Nuclear Medicine Technologist on our website with no luck, I decided to give IHire a try. As soon as the posting went "live" we were flooded with qualified candidates! There were so many, the hiring manager had to put them in groups of 4 with 3-4 excellent candidates in each group! We started with the ones who lived closest to the area first.

I am recruiting a physician for our organization, and have placed an advertisement on iHire's job board. Although I have yet to hire one, Molly Floyd, Client Relations, has been very attentive to my needs and concerns. I am amazed at the patience she provided me.

There have been times where I have misunderstood their process, but Molly has always been there to bring clarity and to help to the best of her abilities.

I collaborated with iHire to find an accounting position and it was an easy and helpful experience.
There were many qualified candidates on their database. Unfortunately, I didn't find my hire on the site but the decision was made between an iHire candidate. I like the scores that they give you about the prospect and the way the platform is set up.
Overall positive experience, would use in the future for another accounting and finance position.

We are all trying to hire great people during a challenging economic period. The iHire team was really helpful in reviewing our post, providing recommendations, and checking in with support. My team and I appreciated their support, which was unique to this platform from the others we used.

iHire produced many leads in my field in moderately rural area. I found the use of their resume rating system extremely helpful, which appeared to closely mirror the screening process used by HR departments--definitely giving me a competetive edge as a "senior" applicant.

Be sure and take advantage of their career counseling services especially during the recent tough times all therapists have experienced. These people genuinely care about you and want to help you acheive your dreams and goals.

I must say that I didn't ever find anything of value from iHire. I'm a technical project manager, so I understand technology. I find the site experience to be somewhat of a "bait and switch" experience. If you find jobs you're interested in, it's not clear to you that you'll be charged until you click on Apply. I would be much more interested in dealing with a company that was transparent about their business model before I got so deep into the process.

Also, I just landed a contract and tried to remove myself from notifications from the site. I found that process difficult and frustrating. Remember, I'm technical, and if it's difficult for me, most people will find it difficult.

From my perspective, iHire has shot themselves in the foot with this model. I'm not impressed with the search process, and frustrated with the unsubscribe process, so overall, it's a negative experience for me. I won't be using this service again, and will warn my network not to use it.

I have a few hard to fill jobs. Julie worked with me on the posting and followed up throughout the month to ensure I had the most optimal experience. Julie was super pleasant to work with, very professional and helpful. I did some great candidates! The previous applicant site I used returned zero viable candidates in the entire month. The dashboard is user friendly and the whole experience was top shelf. Highly recommend!

IHire was accurate and appropriate with the jobs they sent. I had been using other sites off and on for years but with iHire I found what I consider the perfect place to work in just a couple of week! IHire is the only job search needed. Thank you iHire!

Good service, easy sight, main problem is that most of the applicants had no experience and couldn't even figure out why they were applying for a Tech job. We asked for experienced candidates and most had never worked a minute in a vet hospital. If not for the hefty price tag would have been more value.

I have used virtually all the different job sites available, this was by far, my favorite. It was easy to use and it used my work experience in a current, results driven manner. I loved how it turned my resume and work experience into a well formatted, user friendly review of me and my set of qualifications for the prospective employer to see who I was and what I could do for their company. Definitely recommend it.
