I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. All of which, Mishanna showed me with ease and expertise. I would hire her without hesitation. I look forward to building a relationship with her and iHire.
I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.
The candidate pool on IhireHR is great! We are very impressed. However, the inability to direct candidates to apply on our website in order to be considered adds an unnecessary administrative burden on us to use the service. We have also found that only about 1% of candidates who are kicking tires on the platform are willing to actually complete our company application. Also having to screen through apps that fail our knock out questions is a little redundant. We're willing to give it a shot and see if the value proves to be worth it, though! Looking forward to our next great hire.
My company has only been utilizing iHire for approximately a month. We have already made one hire and have another pending. This tool is well worth the price we paid. I love that it's targeted recruiting, and industry specific. I can search for exactly what I need. I couldn't be happier!

Completed an application but heard nothing further, even whether it had been submitted. You suggest following up after a week, but I can't do that since it was submitted through you and I do not have the employer's contact information.

As a faculty member, I chose to make WorkinSports.com and the GamePlan part of my intro course and required assignments as completion of the GamePlan. It has benefited my students who have learned many things such as resume building, networking, building social platforms, and other areas which will help them succeed. The students who took the time to do the work and pay attention rather than just "getting done" have all commented highly about what they learned. The job site has also been beneficial to students to provide a source for searches on a national level and see the many opportunities they have or will have once they complete their degree.
Tip for consumers:
Take your time and don't rush through the GamePlan. Lots of great info.

The amount of qualified candidates has been amazing. There have just been a few system issues that make it very difficult to utilize the ihire website on my mobile phone. It is impossible to do quality work as I do on my desktop because of the navigation getting in the way of every resume I want to pull up using my phone.

My wife sent me a link for I hire in this case it was printing. I seen many jobs I was interested in and when I clicked on the likk it said pay 1 dollar for 3 days to unlock the job after the 3 days it was going to be 25 dollars a month. If you know what you are doing you can find most of these jobs on the website for the company. This site is a rip off do your home work and don't give these people any money.
Worked with Lisa. She was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. It was refreshing speaking with a real person and was overall a great experience. I like knowing I have someone by my side to help me through the process.

As I explained when I called back and also left you a message on the answering machine as well as spoke, your pool of applicants is mostly over 6 months, I was specifically looking for an x-ray tech, the choices present are for sonographer, Ct nuclear and mostly over 50 miles radius, and the worst part is that they are probably already hired since they resume his were submitted more than 3 months ago. Needless to say I have not heard back from anyone. I believe we will be patient, however extremely disappointed, I know it is hard to find who we are looking for in this current market, I was led to believe you she had more to offer

They block some positions from view (they call them "premium positions"), and solicit a fee to be able to see them. I agree with an earlier assessment, I don't think it proper to try to charge a fee to people who don't have a job. Also (from some of the employer reviews I'v seen), it seems the employer side of their client base isn't too happy with them either.

After posting the job we got 3 resumes - 2 of which had no experience. They suggested we lower our qualification for employment. Then they gave us resume search for free which had 3 resumes out of 350 that actually had some of what we were looking for but they were 3 months old. I would save your money and not try this one.

I am smothered with job sites and the majority keep sending me the same opportunities over and over. And most aren't in the fields I'm qualified for. Honestly, I am so overwhelmed with sites that I would have to find what your agency has sent me. I delete 100 a day or it feels that way.
I am looking for an Insurance Adjuster role or Sales/Finance as these are the fields, I have worked in the past 40 years with great success.

When I signed up for iHire, I was under the impression there would be more applicants that Indeed. I have not found that to be the case. There are several that I have reached out to that are not even looking for a position currently. I feel like it is not as easy to use as I thought it would be and a lot of work for people who are not even looking for employment.

First of all, Social Worker compensation is one of the most embarrassing in the nation for the degree, passion ect that is involved to be one. I HIRE charges to see name of a company? For job seekers. One review says its great how this site is serious and not transactional? It is criminally transactional to charge one dime to seek employment. No one should use this site. All of the other sites are 100% transparent with many helpful details about prospective available jobs. Use GLASSDOOR, INDEED and all the other reputable free, sites.

I had worked for the same company for 35 years and never really had a resume. Val and Sidney were great at writing and preparing a much better resume than I could put together on my own. I have applied for many jobs with that resume and have had employers reach out to me when looking at my resume. A great experience all around.

I used both Indeed and iHire. Indeed posted the position immediately and I received many potential qualified candidates. I could easily read their resumes and letters of introduction if they included one. I could also go back to the email link of the candidate and retrieve the information I was looking for. IHire posted several days later. The ease of accessing potential candidates' resumes and applications was not as easy - it was cumbersome. However, the person I hired came from iHire - well qualified and seems to be a perfect fit for the position.

I actually didn't know what to do and the first idea which i had was to create a proper resume and then place my resume on specialized services, where employers choose new candidates for the particular posts. I guess that it was a great idea because I found this service immediately. It was the very first link in the search engine. So, I applied to this company and posted my resume around there.
