I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. All of which, Mishanna showed me with ease and expertise. I would hire her without hesitation. I look forward to building a relationship with her and iHire.
I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.
This is like the old days. Affordable and effective. I've made some suggestions to improve the functionality but it's better than some of the old alternatives.

Posting a job was easy, and I did end up hiring a candidate.

Due to the efforts and fine-combing of iHire.com, they presented me with a job that will grant me (with all bonuses taken under consideration) a 44% pay raise over my present job. Not to mention, I bet the new job will be a lot safer (as far as job security and and general physical health.)

I'm already very happy that I am using iHire. Andrea and Dawn are amazing. They are caring and supportive. People searching for jobs are in very stressful situations and Andrea and Dawn understand this. These are difficult times to find a job and I can't imagine going through this without anyone to help. Now, AI instantly rejects resumes and this is difficult for the applicant, especially when the applicant is not used to this. Andrea and Dawn are so helpful in learning the process and keeping job searchers motivated. I highly recommend and hope to be employed soon.
