I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.

I'm sorry, but with all the sites out there now, you can use those for free and find a job. I am on many sites and after going through this whole process and making a profile and adding my resume only to find out I have to pay to use it to even view a job! That's just ridiculous and so not worth it to me. I definitely would not use this site especially pay for it. With all the sites out there now I don't know why anybody would pay to use this site to find a job inless it's a miracle site that finds you a job right away. People are obviously looking for work so not everybody has the money to pay a site to find one. Sorry just really aggravated me.
When searching for a job, it's not a good idea to show a job total and partial description only to ask job seekers to subscribe to premium services. If I'm unemployed, your services are absolutely not helping me.

Found two terrific candidates for a leadership position that exceeded my expectations. However, the bulk of the candidates did not meet my criteria. The overall result, however, outweighs the inconvenience of searching through unqualified candidates.

I think by you sending names of people with poor or no qualifications you think you are doing your job. Even at that, the number of applicants was poor.
Your job is to go find them. I don't believe you are doing that

If I could give a zero star I would! Every job that I see in my area does not exist! When you go to the company website, the jobs are in different states even though the jobs are listed in a specific area. An example is two jobs that were listed on the site as White River Junction, VT - they were not in VT! They are in CA one was in OH - this site is such as waste of time and so very frustrating for a working professional!

No specific job opening confirmed. I, received emails and notifications of job openings, but no specific Co. Or Employer. NOTHING indicated whether or not I was considered or not, nor was there any indication of which Co. (or companies) was hiring for which job, or which job I was being considered for (if being considered). The information was to vague & simply general with no specific info on specific job openings, no specific job titles, no info on which Co. For which job.

I did use iHireQA technologies some. I found the site quite useful. One of the things I liked about the site was the Resume match feature. Since I just landed a position, I have decided to cancel my membership for now, since I am not using the site so much but instead concentrating on preparing myself for the new position. I will probably join iHireQA later if I am again in the market.

I had a pretty good experience with iHire as I did land with employment within few days of using it. I work as an experienced Construction Estimator which also has a bearing on why I landed with a job so quickly!

We found this site to be most helpful and found excellent applicants. The physician had also made it known in the hospital that we were in need of a Sonographer and the position was filled from word of mouth rather than the sites we used to advertise.
