I was exceptionally impressed with the meeting with Mishanna Wood today. Her level of professionalism and research into the company I represent was quite astonishing. When I presented her with the needs we have, she clearly and precisely went over the options we have to solve the recruiting problems we are facing. I found Mishanna to be a true expert in what your company is offering. I was quite impressed with the changes that have been made, the search capabilities and the data that is available. All of which, Mishanna showed me with ease and expertise. I would hire her without hesitation. I look forward to building a relationship with her and iHire.
I got a rash of resumes - most were from other cities or contries, foreign, not at all matched with my posting. Basically not at all useful. Position was filled.
The support from Mishanna Wood, Cammi Foreman, and Jan (Customer Success Rep) has been nothing less than phenomenal. My company (OrthoArkansas) is currently in the trial run with iHire, and so far I love everything you guys have to offer. I love the fact that we can post on multiple job boards to reach a wider audience of applicants. I love the fact that I can call for a customer success rep and speak to someone that I'm familiar with over and over again - that's life! I love the quality of candidates that I'm receiving from this company, I love the honesty from the customer success rep of things that you guys are working to improve on, and as you can see I'm huge on customer service. With all of that said, what you're doing is working for busy recruiters such as myself, don't stop!

The ads are not getting big hits, I wish I knew where you have more candidates looking at jobs. Their customer service is good and so have the two account managers I dealt with.
The process is very simple, gives you specified jobs that fit your career desires. I wish it wasn't as expensive a month but overall a good job hunting site

I'm very unhappy that without any update from the job board, they continued to keep the posting open and charging the monthly fee. I wanted a 30 day posting.

This year has been very challenging in HR to hire employees and backfill their positions. Every post you spend money on there are either no qualified applicants or just no applicants at all. My company uses Indeed, LinkedIn, and a third-party recruiting staffing agency and it still has been a battle to hire employees. After I started using iHire it was very tough to add another job recruiting platform to my budget to find applicants, but I had to do what was necessary. A couple months went by in my pilot agreement, and I still have not had any luck with posting these jobs or using the resume database. However, the entire time Mishanna and Rachael have met with me any time I needed and gave me great advice on using the platform. Low and behold this past week I was able to hire somebody thru iHire and have a few other applicants who are very interested in joining our company! The advice that I was given helped tremendously within the resume database. IHire gives you the ability to have contact information at your fingertips rather than having to wait with Indeed and LinkedIn. It puts myself in a proactive search being able to speak with possible candidates rather than a reactive search where I have to wait. All thanks to Mishanna and Rachael! They are awesome and crucial assets to me as they have been with me every step of the way and I was glad to share the news with them that things have been moving in a different direction. Do not like that a job is half way presented and if you are interested, you cannot continue to view the job unless you pay the $1 for premium package.

It was so easy to set up the job posting. The response was more than expected and we got very qualified candidates applying. The cost is quite reasonable in comparison to the return.

As a Career Technology teacher, my mission is to prepare my students for college and career. Many of my junior and senior students have expressed an interest in working in the sports arena and I have found that iHire/Work In Sports Sports Career Game Plan to be an outstanding program to help them make the most of their college career. It helps them develop the necessary skills and relevant experience that will assist in rising above the crowd of applicants when they enter the job force. In fact, those same skills and experience can be applied to almost any career the students pick. IHire has also produced a job market-neutral version. It is why I highly recommend it to all my seniors and their parents as well as my network of college professors. The cost is nominal, even for a high school senior and the course is online and can be taken at their own pace. To me this is a no-brainer recommendation for anyone who cares about setting their kids or their students up for success. Oh, the customer support is outstanding! They have answered any questions the students, parents, and teachers have with how to set-up and implement these programs.

There are so many online sites that allow you to search and apply for jobs for free. The company posting the job should be paying to post, not the job seeker.
