I am very disappointed to find out that my key fob has not even been shipped. I called today and was told that it's on back order. A call or an email would have been nice to get from ikeyless.com. So now since it's back ordered, I am told it will be an additional week before I get it. There web site says 2 to 5 days when you should receive it. I have read other post after I ordered it, and several have experienced the same issue. I guess you can say that as a consumer I should have looked more into this company. I will most likely not use there service again.

My is almost amazing really it's crazy because the money you save in the time you spend trying to look for something else and it's right there online for you to buy and it saves time and money is flabbergasting so for this company I applaud them for a job well done and after speaking with Amanda I'm very certain my purchase was well worth it.
I bought a key that they said would work and it didn't. I went to the dealership to have it synced and cut and first they couldn't cut it because the metal was too hard and recommended I go to a locksmith. Then I went back to the dealership to sync my key again and they said it was not programmable and to send it back. What a huge waste of time and money. Not impressed at all.

It's easy to judge companies by what they do right because we expect it, and get it, most of the time. It's what happens when things go wrong when you can really tell about a company and their dedication... And this company is DEFINITELY a winner.
When I placed my order # *******, they mistakenly sent me the wrong item. Hey, we're all human; mistakes do happen. So after sending Shawn an email, to which he or she responded almost immediately, we determined that the error was made. It's what happened next that really made this company shine: they immediately issued a replacement order, sent me a postage-paid label via email to return the product for exchange, and sent out the correct item. All this in the span of less than 72 hours! Their response and professionalism has truly been phenomenal! Great, great job, ladies and gentlemen!

I had a very positive experience with IKeyless. After receiving the key within a few days of my order, I took the "blank Chipped" key to my local locksmith, who cut both sides of the key in about 45 seconds for a total of $4.00.
I then brought the key home, and followed the instructions that came with the IKeyless key, and literally was able to "program" the key in less than 10 seconds.
Immediately I tested the key, and it worked perfectly.
This entire process (from ordering to cutting to programming) was incredibly quick and easy. Most importantly, it saved me tens, if not hundreds of dollars than had I needed to go to the car dealer or locksmith (for key purchase and programming charge).
I am now considering purchasing an extra key for my other cars as a safeguard, should I ever lose one of my original keys.
The only criticism I have, IKeyless should list/indicate the country where the blank keys are manufactured, as many of us are conscientious and try to only buy items made in the United States of America.

I order two remotes, one for a 99 honda, one for a 96 toyota avalon paid $99.00 by visa card. I recieved remotes approx. 2 weeks later I try there diy instructions neither remote work.So i took the cars to AAA Locksmiths they program remotes and sell remotes they couldn't get either remote to work. On the honda they tried 2 of there remotes still wouldn't work, the toyota had a alarm system that wouldn't allow programming. So I send them back to Ikeyless and requested a refund. They send no refund instruction or no. Refund policy was on invoice. They refuse to credit my credit card back with my payment I gave them the U.S. Postal deliver confirmation number and delievry date and time. They still refuse to paid. Please help
I have an 18 year old Chevy Tahoe that I LOVE! I needed to replace the keyless remote entry and had no idea where to turn. On the 3rd of October, I went to Amazon and found ikeyless. They had EXACTLY what appeared to be what I was looking for and the price was better than any Chevy Dealer. I immediately placed my order (#*******). When I received the package, it was within the timeframe reflected on my order. I was thrilled! Ikeyless SAVED THE DAY. Should I ever need another, I won't hesitate for a moment to contact Stacey in Customer Service because I know that the experience will be just as positive as this one was!
On Feb 4, I ordered a remote online. I received it 2 weeks later. Took it to the dealer to program. He looked at the remote and said, " You know this is used, look at all the wear on it." I asked if he could still program it. He had to open it to look at the connections which were all broken. Called ikeyless on 2/15 and told them problem. They sent me a return envelope to ship back bad remote; once they received it they would ship out replacement. I mailed it back 2/23. I called them on 3/9 and asked what was up with my order. They had just received the order that morning and it would probably take 2 weeks for my replacement to get back to me.
I called today, 3/31. They got it, it's back in inventory, no one ever shipped out a replacement. Not a satisfactory answer. The guy I spoke with said he didn't know what happened, but would send my order out priority mail. Overnight shipping is not available for some reason. Should have replacement next week. Hope it can be programmed. I would never use this website again.
Ordered two new key fobs for the Malibu on line had to talk to someone who could help order the correct one because there were 2 types listed thanks they work great better than original

I recently ordered a pair of Toyota Ignition Key Blanks with Transponder Chip (Order number: *******) and am happy to report that they arrived at my door promptly and that after having the blanks copied free of charge at my local Ace hardware store and successfully coding it by following the wacky procedure demonstrate in a YouTube video I now have two spare ignition keys for my 2006 4Runner for a hell of a lot less money than having two made by a dealer...

I received my order in a timely manner and was able to program the remotes in just a few attempts. After which they operated as well as original equipment.
Once u have a working original key to your car i simoly took the Keylwss blank to a key cutter outfit like Ace Hardware. For $3.99 they'll make a duplicate but withou a warranty... I didn't need their warranty, I used my original key to start my car, then turned it off. I immediately followed this with the Keyless duplicate. My car 's computer immediately programmed the Keyless spare to be accepted. MY car started immediately-- great job MONYA! At keyless Cust Serv
Took my key from ikeyless for my Acura MDX 2004 into both Ace hardware and the Acura dealership. Ace said there was a chip but after many attempts they couldn't program it. Acura said there was no chip at all and it was $45 for a new key. Ikeyless responded to my problem on day 30 of my purchase apologizing and saying the 30 day warranty had just ended. BAD BUSINESS.
I bought 2 blank keys that ikeyless advertized as a factory keys worth $35.00. I keyless sent basic blanks that you can get at any store. I took the blank keys to a locksmith 15 miles away, and he told me that they sent the wrong blanks. I Then took the keys to the Chevy dealer and was informed also that the blank keys were wrong and will Not work with the car. I have emailed them 5 times, they have tried to say that it's me and I am not taking the key to the right place to be cut so I then tried to call with no luck, 3 times on hold with a wait time of 10 to 18 min just to get a message or no answer. I have no recourse but to just send back the keys ( without a authorization number because they won't give one), and file a report with the credit card and the BBB. I have been shopping on line for over 10 years and This is the worst customer service that I have received. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEB SIGHT. They will rip you off!
