The replacement key fob I purchased from iKeyless is perfect. I'm pretty sure it has a greater range to my car then my OEM one with new batteries did. Fast shipping, and an excellent product. I was dubious about this site but willing to give it a try. My dealership was going to charge me over $200 for a new keyless entry remote. I spent less than half that amount and was able to program the remote myself. It does take a few tries to get it right (think of it like programming your TV remote). There are several steps that seem random (like opening and closing your door and turning the key on and off) and you'll feel incredibly silly doing it, but if you follow the steps to the letter, it will work. Many thanks to Shawn for answering my questions quickly.

Stacey helped me with my order (no. *******) and was very professional. My Jeep key fob replacement came within a few days and works like a charm. Dealers gouge you and some makes more than my '99 Jeep but saving the extra $$ is great. I'll definitely pass on iKeyless to my family and friends.

I like to thanks Stacey for her tremendous help in straightening out my order. Since I only received one key out of the two that I ordered. Stacy corrected that very quickly. But after receiving the second key there still were no programming instructions. Stacy help me out with that matter probably. For that I have to say Stacy was extremely helpful butt your shipping department needs a little more oversight. I highly rate the product just not how I receive it.

Earlier this month I purchased a couple of products from iKeyless later finding out that I didn't need. Customer service representative Shawn M took care of my refund without any problems, he was very prompt and professional. I would recommend iKeyless very highly.

Given the annoyance of losing a key in the first place, the disruption was considerably ameliorated by the opportunity to order the appropriate key blank from iKeyless on-line at a reasonable cost with prompt delivery and have the replacement key cut at my local hardware store (took maybe three minutes and they did not even bother to charge me). This is my second time ordering from IKEYLESS and I've been happy every time. I ordered a key and two remotes for my vehicle. One remote didn't take the programming, but after calling them they quickly emailed me a shipping label and I was able to send the remote back. They told me once they received notice from the post office they would ship another remote out. And it came within two days. The new remote programmed with no issues. Shawn (*******).

I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Ordering, shipping and receiving all went fine, very efficient. And best thing was that the keyless entry remote I ordered worked on my car, I was worried about that.

My experience with iKeyless was great. I bought two keys to replace my lost car key and I received my shipment on time. The keys were cheaper than getting them from the dealership. The customer service personnel I contacted was pretty strict about their key-cutting policy, which did not favor me. However, she was doing her job and I thought it was a good work ethic. I would definitely use their services again. I am also sure that I am NEVER going to lose my car keys again.

Sarah! My experience with iKeyless was flawless. I received my package in the time specified. It took my husband about: 30 seconds to program both remotes and EVERYTHING worked perfectly. (6 button remotes--all functioned great) I only wish I had purchased them sooner rather than struggle with the cracked remotes for so long. I must say when I called the Chevy dealership and found out that they wanted 130.00 for my fob and 75.00 to program it I almost blew a gasket. I found keyless.com and what a deal! I ordered uncut keys for my VW Passat and in each case the items arrived quickly. I also appreciate the fact that their prices are the lowest. The key fob worked better than factory. Shipping was less than two days rather than as advertised of 5-7 days.
Just follow the vehicle manufacturers instructions for programming, mine was quick and easy.
Received a follow up email from Sarah with customer service to ensure all was in order.
Don't often find customer service like that.

I really like the remote I bought from you guys and will recommend anyone who might need one as well. However, I had to figure how to program it because the package came with no instructions which took me a little longer to activate it. Overall the remote works great with my 2003 Grand Prix Pontiac.
