I am very disappointed to find out that my key fob has not even been shipped. I called today and was told that it's on back order. A call or an email would have been nice to get from ikeyless.com. So now since it's back ordered, I am told it will be an additional week before I get it. There web site says 2 to 5 days when you should receive it. I have read other post after I ordered it, and several have experienced the same issue. I guess you can say that as a consumer I should have looked more into this company. I will most likely not use there service again.
I ordered a replacement key (uncut) for my Honda Accord after the casing broke on my last key. The order shipped promptly and was received within a few days. I had a locksmith cut and program key (ignition and remoteless entry) and everything went smoothly. Key is good quality and working to expectations. Thank you to Shawn gor providing a smooth order process and following up post sale to ensure tha positive experience. All in all I saved money by not going to dealer and that was my aim. I will return to ikeyless for any similar needs in the future.

The first time, two years ago, I was very reluctant about ordering through your company because the dealer told me that these car keys might not work properly and I would lose my money and still have to pay them for programming it. Ordered a keyless remote entry and got it a couple of days later. I noticed that printed instructions was not in my package. Emailed customer service and had instruction by email in just a few minutes. If I would have just looked at my order confirmation I would have seen where to go and get the instructions. Needed a spare car key with an impeded chip. Dealer wanted about $80. IKeyless site made it easy to choose the correct key I needed. Got mine for about $23, plus and extra $2 for getting it cut elsewhere. Came with easy-to-follow instructions for on-board programming, and I was ready to roll in about 30 seconds.__

I was referred to iKeyless from a dealer. I ordered online and rec'd the keys in about 3 days. I got the keys cut locally, but was unsure how to program them. I called customer service, talked to Monya and she immediately emailed me instructions and told me to be sure and call back if I needed anymore help. It was super easy to do an I had my keys programmed in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely order from them again when I need keys and have already passed their name on to several friends.
I lost my only remote key & contacted car dealership, locksmith, to find out what it would cost me to replace. Including programing I was quoted over $225. Well I found your web site & was able to purchase remote for under $60 & found a locksmith who charged me $25. I can't tell you how thrilled I am & will be recommending you to all my friends. Sarah the iKeyless service rep followed up to update me every step of the way to insure my satisfaction. She was great.
I ordered a key fob for my 2002 Trailblazer. The fob was a GM fob, not an after market product. It programmed to my truck on the first try. It came with fool proof instructions and Sarah provided excellent customer service. She answered every question I had and was very nice. I saved about $50 by going to Ikeyless.com. Hi Amanda. I ordered a keyless entry/remote (Order #*******) for my 2006 Nissan Sentra and it works wonderfully. I still need my keys for the trunk & that is fine. I like the fact the horn does not beep when I lock the doors using the remote. It only took 2 tries to program the remote. The online video was exceptional in providing instructions. Bless ya'll. I am truly pleased.

The key came promptly & the dealership was able to program them (even tho they told me sometimes online key purchases don't program).
However there was not enough postage on the package. We had to pay $1.14 to recieve them. I would appreciate a refund for this shortage.

I placed an order for a standard key fob and trusted that the claim that they ship same day would be accurate. I received an email with a tracking number the following morning, so then I really believed it would be coming soon. The tracking number never progressed beyond "electronic shipping information received". They do not answers calls on the weekend so it was a full week before I could get in touch with anyone in person. They said the key fob was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a couple weeks. I planned on this for a Christmas present, so now I'm in a jam. Terrible customer service!

My experience with this key couldn't have been better. The key arrived fast and well packaged. I took it to a local locksmith to be cut and it fit my Toyota perfectly. I simply placed the "innards" of my worn out remote inside the new one, installed the appropriate buttons, snapped it together, and voila, perfect. Would definitely order from you again. Much, much, much cheaper than the dealership.

My daughter lost her only key to her Ford Taurus in another carrier. She was devastated! I got a quote from the dealer on 2 replacement keys for her car and it was going to cost about 200 dollars thru them. I usually don't like to shop online but I took a chance and foundt ikeyless.com and was thrilled to find that I could get her key for $30 less than the dealer. We used a private locksmith to cut and program the keys and my daughter was so elated to hear her car start up! I only had to spend about $120 all together. Had a great experience with ikeyless on my order #*******! Easily found a replacement fob for my 1999 Chrysler Cirrus. Super fast shipping and was able to take it to a local locksmith and they programmed it with no problems. Key fob works great and Amanda was outstanding! Great communication and follow-up! Online process to purchase what I needed was very efficient. Was shipped promptly. Only "problem" was it came WITHOUT instructions to program the remote. This was my second purchase. From my first purchase, I was emailed instructions which at that time worked. But when I tried to program a third remote,
I was unsuccessful. So I called customer service and Stacey emailed me some "updated" instructions and this resolved all issues. So we now have 3 working remotes. Should anyone ask me about where to purchase a remote, I WILL recommend ikeyless! Again, thank you Stacey! Order # *******.
What a pleasant experience! Acquired this older Subaru and extra key was lost. IKeyless website was quick and easy to order a replacement blank key. Key shipped and received in several days and took to local Home Depot to have it cut to match existing key. Worked great! Thanks. Will definitely recommend them.
