I am very disappointed to find out that my key fob has not even been shipped. I called today and was told that it's on back order. A call or an email would have been nice to get from ikeyless.com. So now since it's back ordered, I am told it will be an additional week before I get it. There web site says 2 to 5 days when you should receive it. I have read other post after I ordered it, and several have experienced the same issue. I guess you can say that as a consumer I should have looked more into this company. I will most likely not use there service again.
I ordered a new key for my 2007 Honda element and then I got the key I tried to insert knowing it would not start the car. Basically your Honda remote transponder key has a chip in it that emits a signal to the vehicles PCM computer. If the PCM accepts the signal, the car either unlocks or starts, depending upon what the driver is trying to do. This is not a key you can run down to the hardware store or the home improvement store to replace or duplicate. But the key was too wide and too thick, I called them and explained the issue and they wanted a photo of the two keys side by side. I did that and they called me back and said the key was not cut correctly and it was the wrong size key my key had a really tiny "V" stamped on it and I should have included this detail. They said they would make a new one and overnight it to me. It being Christmas time nothing was getting through so I got it a few days later and it turned the element over but didn't start it like I knew it would. My local locksmith said he would do the transponder key for $50 and that's a deal over the $130 from the other places I called. 10 out of 10 I would use them again. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE! I purchased what I thought was going to be a new Ford Keyless Entry Remote for my 1996 Taurus for $47.80 and what I got after 2 weeks was an old used, scratched remote with buttons yellow with age that was in much worse shape than the one I was replacing. In researching I found their sister website www.Cash4Remotes.com both of which are owned by Mark Lanwher where they advertise to junk yards and recyclers to buy their old remotes and keys for a dollar or two each. I wish I had done my research before I gave them my money. Dont get taken in by the website, it is a big SCAM!
I contacted a sales rep by e mail to inquire about my non-working remote. He advised what I had and what I needed which resulted in the timely delivery of my new remote.
Don't believe all the planted 5 star reviews on this site. I did. And regret it. Based on how I am being treated and some other reviews, I can only assume they do not keep inventory in stock despite claims on their site about fast shipping and seem to produce when enough of the same keyfob is ordered. I ordered in October, got an immediate email claiming I should have my order in 2 to 5 days. This was done so they could charge my card by lying about shipping. It is dishonest. They should not charge me until it ships. I can only assume they do this so they can take your money and use it while stalling you. In any case, I waited for almost 2 weeks, sent an email and John responded telling me it was backordered and, despite being sent a shipment confirmation email containing USPS tracking number, the item was never shipped. He was very vague in responding to when I might get it so I replied to ask him to clarify, which he promptly ignored my email. No company operates without production schedules, delivery dates, etc. They should be able to tell and you, with precision, when our order will arrive even if back ordered. Instead, they put you off and tell you 1 or 2 weeks every time you email. Before you know it, it is months later. If you have 3 or 4 months to wait for them to get enough orders to schedule a production run of your key, then by all means, order from them. I believe that working to get the charge removed from your card should ikeyless refuse to cooperate, will be harder after 30 days so I don't intend to wait 3 months.
The key worked as described and was shipped the next day after ordering it the evening before. This is the second Ford I've bought a spare key from iKeyless.

Ordered remote for Subaru, said it was shipped, and in fact it never was, they don't even have one. Said I supposed to get a "sorry" email, bull$#*! it never came. Don't use these idiots.
Found my keys on the website. They were delivered to me quickly. Had the blank keys cut out at the store and they work without any problems. Great place to get blank keys for a reasonable price.

I ordered a key and it came and the key didn't fit. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone, email, and chat online and no one will answer me.

Don't bother going through with them. Call around to dealers to get price quotes.

These people are crooks. I called after reading terrible reviews first thing monday after a sunday night purchase. I was told that my order was canceled and that I would get a refund by end of business on monday 10/24/11 Called on Wednesday 10/26/11 talked to Jason who sent me a confirmation cancelation email and said the refund would happen that day. It is now Friday 10/28/11 still no refund. Emailed them yesterday left message today. What will it take to get my money backs from these people. Horrible customer service had to mention the Attorney General for them to agree to cancel the order and return my money. I guess that is my next contact. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Placing the order was very easy, and the web site is superb. Nothing left out and finding the key you need is almost foolproof.
Pricing is extremely competitive and delivery is a good as it gets.
My order was shipped without programming instructions, but when I called and talked to Shawn, he was very helpful and cordial and emailed them to me immediately!

Sarah B. From iKeyLess has suggested I offer my experience as a review, so here goes. I was in need of a replacement key fob for my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck. Or at least that is why I found iKeyless via a web search and decided to purchase the replacement key fob from them. It was very easy to discover the correct item I need from their web site. The key fob was offered at a very reasonable price, so I made the purchase. The purchase arrived as scheduled with no problems. The one problem I did experience was this, the iKeyless web site stated there would be programming instructions enclosed with the key fob when it was shipped. These instruction were not enclosed. But, a single phone call to iKeyless and the customer service representative sent them to me via an email. I followed these programing instructions without any problems and ended up with my new iKeyless purchase functioning perfectly. I will add this, IF you have more than one key fob to program please be sure to follow the BOLD portion of the programing instructions, it does make a difference!
