The instructions they sent with the remote were only for keys, so that didn't help. Their informational video didn't seem to work on my Toyota, so I ended up finding directions that worked on YouTube. But the remote still didn't work. So, I started a chat with their website and discovered that my car has an aftermarket keyless system. So the remote doesn't work. I am going through the return process now and it seems to be fairly straightforward. Frustrating experience, but not their fault.

I had heard about ordering a keyless entry for my car (had lost the other two). A friend said it was easy and less expensive than going to the dealer. Both of those things are true - easy to program and far less expensive than what a dealer charges. I got an email from Monya, wanting to know how the experience was, never get that from companies.My order ******* went off without a hitch. Glad I bought from them.

When I purchased my 2006 Lexus, it only had one key. We contacted the dealership to purchase additional keys and the high price scared us away. After several years of taking care of the only key for the car it of course broke. I had seen a positive referral for ikeyless.com on a Lexus site so I decided to give it a try rather than a huge expense with the dealership. I ordered two keys from Stacey F. At ikeyless.com, order number ******* and they worked perfect at significantly less expense! The only problem; I wish I had ordered keys from ikeyless.com several years earlier.

It is with great pleasure to share my thoughts about the customer service experience that I had with Sarah in connection with my iKeyless order. Sarah was very knowledgeable, friendly and complete in regard to every detail in answering all my questions. Sarah is definitely a 5 star company representative.

Beware... they will send you a dirty, used keyfob and then tell you it is in their terms and services that they reserve the right and that all items sold may be new or used... no way of knowing. The customer service rep I spoke to today even admitted that this practice was not fair. They really should at least tell you up front if you are buying a used item. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift... and I received it today, Christmas Eve... great :/

I ordered a key fob for my Jaguar (order number *******). It was a great price - almost $70 cheaper than the next one I priced and Jaguar wanted almost $300! The order was dispatched the same day and arrived a day later. Shawn followed up to make sure everything was okay. I shall definitely order from this company again.

Ordered a switchblade for my Honda Civic SI to replace my secondary key. The Live Chat was no help to get the right key sent over. The instructions for installation were illegible and horribly laid out. My specific car model wasn't even in them, and the instructions for the other models didn't work either. What a waste of money. Do not buy from these guys, a lot of heartache and expense.

I wanted to save money by using Ikeyless but was worried that there would be something wrong with the key. I went ahead and ordered the key and it was shipped very quickly. I had a locksmith cut and program it for me and it worked out fine! Going through the dealership would have cost over $400 and I got the job done for just under $200!

I ordered my keyless entry (OD# *******) for my Nissan Murano it came in about 3 days later in excellent condition. I called the locksmith and it was programmed the same day. Special thanks to Sarah for her hard work in assisting me with my needs. Thanks.

I looked online to see if I could get a replacement smart key for my Toyota, hoping to save a bundle over what my dealer would charge. Sure enough, I found the exact key for my vehicle at iKeyless at a price 1/5 of what I'd otherwise have paid. The unit they sold me was the blank key and the fob-like shell. All I had to do was get the blade cut, then put the electronic innards of my old key into the new one. By the way, the unit arrived in two days! IKeyless is the way to go. / John

Bought product from iKeyless and part of product was missing upon receipt. Fortunately a phone number was provided on the packing list. I called customer service and got immediate response and was assured the missing part would be sent out immediately. It was and I received the needed part without hassle. Two points, 1. There was a number available to call and 2 someone answered the phone and provided proper etiquette and customer service, what a concept!. IKeyless-great to do business with, great product.

My automatic keyless car door opener quit working. I ordered one from ikeyless to replace it. The new one was shipped within a couple days of otdering. It came with easy to read and follow instructions on how to program it to work with my particular vehicle. I followed the step by step directions, and it worked the first time, and has been functioning perfectly. I highly recommend ikeyless. I was very impressed by the speed of the delivery and my key fob from iKeyless. I was amazed at how quickly the product arrived. Both the service and product have been great! I will definitely do business with this company again when needed.

Long version: We tried two different remotes, before bringing the remote and the vehicle to the dealership. The dealership told us it was the door lock actuator. That was too expensive for us to fix, so the second fob just sat in a drawer for a few months. We finally fixed it and the fob still didn't work. I didn't expect much, but I figured "what the hell." So, i looked up ikeyless and called them. I explained our situation and they worked with us to figure out which remote we needed. It turns out it was the first one we sent them. They mailed the replacement and even included a little lighter flashlight. For free. As stated, excellent company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. Thanks Ben!

I ordered a key fob for my 2008 Ford Focus. I received the key fob in short time. I attempted to follow the instructions to no avail. I called and spoke with an agent named John. He patiently walked me through everything and I was up and ready in no time at all. Totally awesome service.

My experience with iKeyless was excellent due to their customer service. The personal touch along with friendly service made it stand out for me. I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle and the remote was missing. The dealer wanted $225 to replace it. I went online to IKeyless and ordered the one I needed. I had it in two days. The dealership programmed it for me as it was not something I could do myself. It took about five minutes. I am one very happy person.

I ordered a new case for my remote on 3/30. The key ring had worn through. It arrived 4/5. I half expected a used case because its for a 2001 car. But is a new case. The only downside with this site that I experienced was no shipment notification.

I had tried to perform the keyless entry item several times before contacting the support group of this product. Jamie guided me through two processes and I was able to program both the new product and my old product very easily.
