I am very disappointed to find out that my key fob has not even been shipped. I called today and was told that it's on back order. A call or an email would have been nice to get from ikeyless.com. So now since it's back ordered, I am told it will be an additional week before I get it. There web site says 2 to 5 days when you should receive it. I have read other post after I ordered it, and several have experienced the same issue. I guess you can say that as a consumer I should have looked more into this company. I will most likely not use there service again.
Old keypads for the '99 Volvo were taped together and falling apart. Volvo's charges for replacing were outta sight. Stacy and crew at iKeyless solved the problem by providing me with new cases for the remote keys--and they look like new. My order ******* was handled quickly and with courteous follow up.
I was hesitant at first to order a new remote from someplace other than the dealer but the price was very good and I took the chance. It paid off because the remote was easy to program using the online video and took just a few minutes to complete. Thank you very much and I will definitely return for my future vehicle remotes.
IKeyless has provided us with replacement remotes on several occasions now. The most recent being order ******* with service provided by Amanda. I must say that we are very happy with the remotes and very impressed with the customer service and follow-up. Amanda and iKeyless has provided remotes for some very old GM vehicles and I appreciate the fact that there is probably not much demand, still iKeyless sent us a great product and exceptional service.
I purchased a keyless entry remote, it was easy to program and works well. I love it. I have even recommended the site to my family and friends that need to replace their remotes. Plus I plan n on ordering a second one as a spare.

Having made a recent used vehicle purchase, I found that I needed a new key fob case, since the fob itself worked. After an easy online search for a vendor, I found iKeyless and finding the model needed was simple and inexpensive. Ordering was simple and delivery was timely. Not that I wish to have to purchase another one anytime soon, if I do find the need, I hope that iKeyless is still around to deal with.
What a great experience I had with iKeyless, although the instructions for programming the remote were not included, all I had to do was contact the company and they were sending me an email with the instructions within minutes. I appreciate the customer service they provided and would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

We recently bought a used 2016 Buick Enclave, and unfortunately, one key had been misplaced, and we had to purchase one. We went online and found Ikeyless. They had exactly what we needed, and our customer service contact, Shawn, was very helpful and courteous. Our order number ******* arrived just as it was supposed to, and all was great.

I contacted the dealer and the price they wanted for one key was ridiculous so I figured we would just continue sharing the key. Then I went online and found ikeyless. I was able to buy 3 keys for half the price the dealership wanted for one.

My order said same day shipping before 3:30 pm est time, I ordered my key hours before then. I also talked to a representative over the phone and they said it would be here no later than Monday. So I wait and wait and wait, and it NEVER came! So I called them again and it had apparently not even been shipped! So now I am S. O. L.
The dealership told me they had never had one bought online that they could program but this one programmed easily. My son now has a key fob and is thrilled! I actually paid more to program it then I did for the fob! Thank you iKeyless and Monya for the excellent service! Order *******
I had an issue with a flip key I bought, and instead of doing their part to fix the mistake, they just slapped a band-aid on a bullet wound. I already paid to try to get their key programmed and didn't find out until later that it shipped without the transponder chip. To fix the situation, they just sent me a new chip instead of trying to do a partial refund like I asked.
I bought 2 keys. They sent the wrong keys, and 2 different ones.
When i called for a refund, they were argumentative and unhelpful. I spoke with the "manager" who called me rude, talked over me, and then hung up on me. I was told after i return the (crappy) product, they would not refund all of my money. I was forced to contact my credit card to dispute the charge. I would NEVER recommend this company.
Purchased a used Sport Trac and had one key. I was able to get a remote and key for less then just the key locally. Stacey from ikeyless was great to follow up so quickly and make sure everything went well. Highly recommend these folks!

I have a 2004 Toyota Avalon and i ordered a new remote key for it for $73.7 days has gone by and still didn't receive a package or even an email from ikeyless.com. So i emailed them and i finally got a reply saying that it is on back order 1-2 weeks. I did some research on ikeyless and what i found out is that it is a scam. I emailed saying to refund my money and john said its going to take 1-3 days but i doubt i will get my money. Dont order from this place. Very pissed about this.
IKeyless has great customer service. Stacey emailed me to follow up with an issue I had with my order (order number *******) and it was resolved very quickly. I would do business with them again and would recommend them to others.

I received remotes within days of ordering them but one remote could not be programmed. Stacey at Ikeyless had a replacement to me within a couple of days. You really know the kind of company you are dealing with when there is a snag. Some companies deny and run-for-cover while others like IKeyless deal with it quickly and fairly--GREAT SERVICE. I remain a very loyal customer and recommend them highly.

Their "Same day shipping" means, "We'll ship it on the same day that we decide to ship your order." I ordered a remote on 11/09. It's been 17 days. Still waiting...
After posting this review, I was contacted by iKeyless customer support and was advised that he item is backordered. The customer service rep apologized profusely and stated that the backorder status should have been forwarded to me upon ordering the item. Furthermore, due to my original expressed dissatisfaction, I was given a discount on my order! I haven't received such positive customer service since the gas station attendant checked my oil and tire air pressure in 1971. I upgraded the stars from one to five, will shop here again, and recommend the site to others.
